Earls Kitchen + Bar

We are regulars at this Earls. We brought another family with us for an impromptu late evening bday dinner celebrating our friend's bday. We collectively had 3 teens and decided to sit in the dining room. The service and food were great. Our kids danced at the same dance studio as our server when our server was in high school while our kids were toddlers. Our server treated us exceptionally well and was attentive to our needs and requests.

Everything was great! My only criticism was the music was really loud and it was hard to have a conversation at our table over the music.

We celebrated a birthday and the manager (isiah) with his service staff catered to our wishes 100% with fine touches including a personalized birthday card, split our main exactly as we asked and even provided a small birthday treat with one candle as requested. On a scale of 1-10, I give them 15!

Terrible food execution. Truffle tortellini were gluey, stuck together and tasteless. No presence of truffle anywhere in the dish. The “seasonal veg” contained wilted greens and broccoli stems. Too much lemon juice in sauce. Side Caesar salad (upcharged) contained little to no dressing. Romaine was bruised, wilted and showed signs of oxidation. Requested Nashville sandwich to be cut in half, cook cut a different burger in half instead. Empty dishes from kids pasta, ice cream and empty drink glasses sat on the table for the entire meal.

My parents came in and were treated with nothing but kindness! Thankyou Nicole for giving them such a nice time, and making their dinner even more enjoyable!!

Jenny and the Earl's team went above and beyond to make my birthday special! The service was great, food delicious, and drinks were wonderful. We enjoyed Happy Hour and the prices were fantastic with quite a few options to choose from. Thanks for a great experience!

Love coming here but feel during lunch hour the music does not need to be like we are in a night club.

Music was way too loud for how busy it was. Server didn't tend to our table until 20 minutes after we were seated and I asked the front host about getting a server to us. Took well over an hour to get our APPETIZER!!!

Amazing experience the food was so good . The service was amazing and a complementary dessert was a nice touch . Thank you for a nice brunch . Cheers

Excellent customer service. Delicious food. Portion of Frites is a little bit to small for my liking. Highly recommend!

It was so good to spend some time with my daughter. The waitress, Theo was amazing. So professional and very kind. Really enjoyed my dinner and time.

We go here as a family as our first option due to how close we live here, we go here 9 out of ten.
I just want to say that they don’t have the same “going above to personalize or to wow guests” compared to all “Joey”that we go to
Joey would go make a gesture to surprise guests like giving you a free small dessert on a special occasion, they’ve done that to us multiple times without asking of course, they just do.
Still a good restaurant for alcohol and steaks.

Ava was lovely, excellent friendly service, food was great. Perfect Sunday afternoon.

Went to Earls for birthday brunch & it was delicious as always. Love the 1/2 price Prosecco deal !
