Had a great time celebrating mom's birthday. Jocelyn was great and made the experience fantastic!

Dinner was very good & our servers very nice friendly and efficient. The noise got louder when the lights dimmed and the music level went up. We are older and sometimes find it hard to hear the servers.

Made a reservation and shared confirmation email with my friend. She arrived and told the hostess that we had a reservation and gave my name. The hostess said, no, we don't have a reservation. She showed her the confirmation email and without looking she again said no, you need to wait, it will be 15 minutes. The restaurant was less than half full. I arrived and spoke to another hostess and she found the reservation right away. Our waitress was good at least.

We were two people and ordered three dishes to share. The server kindly split everything onto two plates for us, and the portions actually looked even bigger than the originals! We were so happy we didn't need to split them ourselves. The server was super friendly and kept checking on us. We'll definitely come back again!

Booked a table for 7 in dining room for a birthday dinner. Dining room empty upon arrival we were directed to lounge Service was very slow I mean very slow and it wasn't busy Drink orders were slow, pop was flat. Had to ask for water. Portions seemed smaller than last visit including Cobb salad No 6 oz sirloins for steak and sushi Chicken strips over done and honey mustard sauce never did come We won't be back

Great service and food! Loved the sangria and truffle tortellini. Happy they have a kids menu too.

Grilled Chicken Caesar  Salad and the Kung Pao were both excellent. Cocktails top notch. Thank you. Will be back.

We had a patio reservation, but were moved inside as the patio was closed. About five minutes after we were seated, our server came, and we immediately ordered water (as soon as possible), tea with honey, coffee with one cream, and two brunch meals. Fifteen minutes passed with no water, so we flagged down a different server, who brought it right away. Another 15 minutes passed before the meals arrived, and when they did, they were barely warm. We told the server we still hadn't received our coffee and tea. About five minutes later, the original server came over and admitted she'd been trying for over 15 minutes to figure out which table had ordered the coffee and tea. We finished our meals and waited about 10 more minutes for the server to come by to bring the bill. Another 15 minutes passed before she finally arrived. She apologized repeatedly, said the poor service was entirely her fault (not ours) several times, and offered to reduce the bill by 50%. That apology was the only positive. We were very disappointed, especially because the restaurant wasn't that busy.

Our server did an awesome job looking after our table. From greeting us, introducing herself, serving and completing our evening. She was wonderful.

I went to Earl's with my mom and stepdad to celebrate their anniversary, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hostess, Teegan, was incredibly sweet and congratulated them right away. At our table, there was even a card waiting to wish them a happy anniversary such a thoughtful touch that made the visit extra special. For breakfast, my mom and I had the chorizo hash with mushrooms, and my stepdad ordered the eggs Benedict. Everything was absolutely delicious one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time! The portions were generous, the flavors were perfect, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made it a truly memorable morning. Thank you, Earl's, for helping make my parents' anniversary so special.

Went on Friday and had the best service from Dani! She was super helpful & knowledgeable with the menu, as we have a few allergies in the family. Dani helped us navigate the menu to fit our needs, and made the visit an enjoyable, tasty and reaction-free experience! Total Superstar!!!⭐️
