Last Saturday, for our picnic event, we ordered two full containers of food (japchae and spicy squid salad). The japchae had almost no vegetables—it was practically just noodles. As for the squid salad, the amount was so little that it barely covered the bottom of the container. Since the lids were sealed, we couldn’t see the contents until we opened them at the event, and everyone was shocked at how little food there was. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again.so disapointed.

I ordered the catering for the church lunch. The food was delicious and fresh, with a variety of sides, including soup and rice. The service is amazing; ordering and organizing were an easy process. They helped me navigate the order and provided a fast response. I would order again and highly recommend!!

We were very impressed with this store. The food is amazing, and I highly recommend this place to you all. Eddie is very kind and offers very generous portions. The beef bulgogi is some of the best that I have ever tasted. The jay yook bokum is very spicy and delicious!! It is so close to home!! We will be back!

Amazing spot with great cooked options and a huge selection of fresh and frozen dishes. Tried a variety of stuff and it was all delicious.

The quality and the size of the orders are amazing. All the items are for at least 2~3people portion. So easy to cook and the delivery service is amazing as well. Willing to listen the feedbacks and easy to order.

Just like the taste of kimchi from home.. a little spiciness and just the right seasoning.. and a crunchy texture.. it goes well with ramen and cold rice.

There is no Korean restaurant in the Lower Mainland I have found that competes with Goru Goru Food (고루고루) on taste and price. It's a small deli (meaning its best to takeout) that delivers through Ubereats or you can pick up in Poco at 3270 Coast Meridian. They used to be in the Henderson Mall in Coquitlam. The absolute best 제육덮밥 (Spicy Pork with Rice) I have ever had and that's after 5 years living in Korea. Their 떡볶이 (Spicy Rice Noodle) is exactly what you would get from a rated food truck in Seoul and not over priced like many in Canada.The storefront looks unassuming but there is magic in the food and lots of pre-made frozen options available as well. And the prices are more than competitive!!

I love Korean food and this place is awesome, I love it. I’ve had some food here before and everything I tried is great. However my favourite thing here is the kimchi! I’m no expert by any means but all store bought ones or even some restaurant ones, usually serve it and I usually find them not as fresh, or over fermented.Gorugoru Food has the best kimchi I’ve tried so far!! Will definitely reorder, my 2 litre jar goes quick!
