Without getting into nitty gritty of the details, my experience was bad. Lack of listening from cashier rep, eye rolling, and attitude are not what i ordered with my koobideh kebab.

I am not sure what happened to my online order that was missed on restaurant side but I want to Thank you their great customer service by replacing the order after my call. The quality and quantity are perfect considering the price. Definitely a go to for take out. It will be faster to order beforehand on the phone. Polite customer service.

Got the steak kabob and rice , was paper thin and over cooked. Will never order this again from here. They have been good in the past but the quality has gone down recently and for 23 dollars I expected alot more of a steak and not all rice ! Very disappointed

Grab and Go used to be my go to spot for Persian food, but after receiving the Ghaemeh stew today, I’ve decided it’s time to find another restaurant. There’s no way a place with good management or even a chef would send something like that to a customer’s home.

Friendly stuff and meal 10/10 😋

I ordered 6 kubideh without rice. What I expected is to get bread instead of it but they removed the rice and no bread. I asked them and said you have to pay for 1 pita bread 1$. The price of this bread exactly retail price is 5 pita bread/ 1.50$. Even it should be cheaper in wholesale price. Basically he charged me 350% price of the bread they didn’t make and just handed it to me.
If they do this mean they are not honest and take advantage which is bad practice.
Total charge was 51.91$ for just 6 kabab and 3 tomatoes and 3.15$ for 3 breads.

The lady taking the order literally had to ask for the order 6 times to get it right and she did not smile once during the whole convo. on a scale of 1-10 in terms of helpfulness i would give her -100. Horrible customer service. Cant stop thinking about how utterly stupid this was.
