The food is the best part of IHOP, for the service, there is often long lines and rushed orders; you can expect to have your order misdone at least once. The atmosphere is often crowded, bright and in my opinion unwelcoming.

Kid-friendliness: It's very kid friendly, in fact, I would bet money there is a kid inside right now at any moment.

The staff are very young and inexperienced. I appreciate their effort, but there needs to be someone with authority guiding them to provide a better customer experience. The food is what you'd expect from an IHOP.

IHOP has really gone down hill food wise! They recently changed their menu AGAIN. This time they took off the berry salad They have very few really healthy choices on the menu! The TWO for One Seniors is NOT a true 2 for 1! .
ONLY $12 OFF! AND you have to buy a drink! My steak looked like they boileded it or steamed it. They didn't even put it on the grill. YUK!! EGGS placed medium came to the table with runny whites. Location Coquitlam BC
No way to contact them online, the site kept shutting down. Used to love IHOP.

DEAD MOUSE beside our table this morning! So gross, manager didn’t even come to apologize to any guests. Still charged for meals. Disgusting service, disgusting place. Will never go to this location again and would recommend you think twice before going as well.

Food prices are no longer cheaper than other restaurants serving same or similar menu- they are the same or even more expensive for some dishes. Even the 55+ menu prices are more expensive than fastfood prices. Also, quality is not as good and amount of serving not as much as I remember pre-covid. Will probably not dine here again for a while.

Great experience today at IHop in Coquitlam, BC.
Dayria was my server. She was excellent. Great sense of humour, lovely personality and was attentive to my needs. My coffee got spilled on my hash browns and she replaced with fresh ones. Meal was good. I highly recommend the pumpkin pancakes!

Portions are generous, they leave you a coffee pot to free pour, good selection of syrups for your french toast/pancakes/waffles, excellent proteins - sausages, ham, bacon
Service is excellent - attentive but never intrusive, warm & genuine
Cutlery pristine & plates are warm upon serving.
We'll be back and bring friends/family over to this branch of IHOP
