We visited this IHOP a few weeks ago, and as regular customers, we usually have a great experience. The food was good, and our assigned server, Rachel, was friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job taking care of our table.
However, during our visit, another server named Donna came over and started undermining Rachel right in front of us. It was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable, creating an awkward atmosphere. This interaction took away from what could have been another great dining experience.
We truly appreciate Rachel’s service and the overall quality of the food, but this incident left us with mixed feelings.
I really enjoyed my visit to IHOP. Service was great. They were friendly. I had the feta and spinach omelet. It was delicious. Restaurant was clean

I always love it here for breakfast they really do have the best pancakes. They also have seniors day on Wednesdays. Aswell they do free pancakes on your birthday. Im a fan great service, great food and consistent.

I had a very good experience at ihop. I did some work and ate a delicious meal. Particularly I would like to compliment my waitress Nia, she was very very nice, quick, and friendly. This interaction was weeks ago and I still remember her name because of the good impression. She really pushed the experience over-the-top. Thank you Nia for your friendliness. Meant a lot that day.

Had to ask the hostess to get our server after 10 minutes of waiting with not even drinks or cutlery, waited an additional 10 minutes still no server or drinks, so we decided to leave. absolutely ridiculous. this place is so unorganized and clearly understaffed.
