Ordered a chicken breakfast wrap (it’s supposed to have a hash brown) and there was no hasbrown in it. I got a peppermint hot chocolate as well and the cup was only like 75% full. You should get what you paid for.

The worst MacDonald store I have ever been. I ordered some food and I told them several times that I don't want any spices in because they are for my children. After that when I called them some one took my name and phone number and told me next time you can order without paying money. Tonight I went there, a man was asking several questions for 1 hour, they didn't believe me so I got so frustrated and said ok just place my order I want to go out of this store.I ordered , they charged me more as they said our small packages aren't available any more. I never ever go back .there again

It’s not 24hrs 7 days of the week, only Friday Saturday. The drive thru has been closed off by pylons and the front door locked. Please edit your hours by r the door/online if you’re not open 24hrs. Feels disappointing driving over and finding out I wasted time and gas.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Waited 20 min for 2 burgers to come out warm at best. Sure you're busy but when I can watch multiple guest get whole meals before mine comes out. I work in restaurants I would of had to comp 2 meals for the wait and quality I was served.
Ordered tea & they gave me coffee with a tea bag in it. How do you not realize that!

Today, my two children and I visited McDonald's location( 2330 Ottawa St, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 7Z1) , and after spending approximately 30 minutes inside, we were shocked to find a parking ticket on our vehicle when we returned. We had clearly observed the signage stating that parking was permitted for one hour. I returned to McDonald's to speak with the manager, the manager named herself Preet (at 4:55 pm , Saturday oct 05). She said , Maybe he did not see us enter the restaurant. I asked about whose hire this man , and Preet informed me that he was hired by the owner, but she was unable to help further and left me without even apologize.
As a McDonald’s customer with a receipt proving our visit, I am deeply upset by this situation. I should not have received a parking ticket for simply dining in with my children. It raises concerns about why someone without proper training is hired.
I hope McDonald’s or owner of this MacDonald branch addresses this issue and takes the necessary steps to reverse the parking ticket.

It’s an average McDonald’s. The 20 piece McNuggets were standard but lukewarm. Have had it hotter and fresher from other locations. The Big Arch Burger was nice, fresh, and warm. The fries were cold and soggy. The drinks were standard. A bit of hit or miss for each item.
