Ordered take-out after shopping. Two happy meals and a combo for myself. Waited forever for our food, it wasn’t busy so I’m not sure what their excuse would be. Get home which is less than a 5min drive from the location, food was cold and they neglected to put fries in my kids happy meal. Please tell me how anyone can screw up a happy meal, it’s apples or fries, really not a hard job to fulfill. Incompetent workers here. Next time I’ll probably just drive a few minutes down the block to the McDonald’s near Costco, the extra 3min drive after shopping is worth it to be guaranteed your completed order and it will be hot.

My boy ordered happy meal with fries, here was no fries in the box. My boy went to counter and asked for the fries. The staff told him it is no fries with the happy meal?! Excuses me! Happy meal is not come with fries?! My boy told the staff I chose happy meal with small fries in the machine. End up, the staff was not very happy to gave him a small bag of fries.
I also found that this store need to add $2 to change the medium fries to poutine in a combo. But I bought the same thing in other Mcdonald's store was just add $0.2 only.

I’m giving this place a rating of 2 due to lack of hygiene. The lady at the cash register took my order at the front and then went to make my food without washing her hands or wearing gloves.

This McDonalds is Close To Me Bye Walmart Yesterday I went inside there to get a ice cream cone after my Long Walk on the dike I used the self ordering kiosk got the ticket & went up the cashier I was going to pay for the ice cream cone but I was few dollars short but a nice lady at the cashier payed forward to me one day I am going to pay it for forward next in the future this has never happened to me before .

Very upset, ordered 2 coffee , than after 7 min waiting I was still not in the list of order, go to workers and they forget my order , and coffee warm not hot(((

For the first time in a long time, at least in Canada, my Big Mac was made perfectly! Not a messy pile of ingredients in a box like most Canadian McDonald's. The fries were fresh and perfectly crispy with the perfect salting. Staff was exceptionally friendly. High fives to all the staff at this location.

I ordered a extra large earl gray tea. They gave me a cup of hot water and charged me 3 dollars. Confused when I showed them this dilemma of missing tea bags the cashier actually had it in them to question where i put the tea bags.. After slowing the speed of my sentences down and speaking in kindergarten. The cashier came to the conclusion TEA NEEDS TEA BAGS NOT JUST WATER!
I was so proud of the cashier for getting a manager to confirm this. After almost 10 minutes I finally got a tea bag for my warm water.

I got a wrap and the tomato was severely underripe. Like more than 70% of the tomato was green and inedible. Everything else was fine though, but they should be paying attention to what their putting on the food.

Slow, gave wrong orders and employees provide poor attitude even after they made mistakes. Store isn’t tidy either. Trash bin needs change and napkins weren’t replenished. Not recommended.

Staff are just following orders and i can respect that. Paying extra for a lid for my takeout order drink and paying extra for a bag for my takeout order is a new level of dystopia. Am i supposed to juggle my food out the door?
