This is one of the worst McDonald, you drive through and they make you wait 20 mins. I have never just actual driven through and got my meal. They also advertise the new Cajun burger but do not have it in the last few times I went.

Literally steal from you and laugh aboit it. The actual worst. Double charged me on Christmas eve, I Noticed immediately they refused to refund me and told me to come back in 3 to 5 days... I called on day 6 to get my refund and now they say I have to wait until my bank statement arrives next month in order to do the refund.... what kind of policy is this... like my bank app clearly showed that I was double charged .... I've worked customer service jobs my entire life and I get that you catch more Flys with honey but I damn near lost ot today on the phone.....

Served me cold fries with barely any salt and a cold burger with enough ketchup on the burger to paint the parking lot lines. The burger bun was soggy from ketchup. When I brought it to the counter they offered me a discount to purchase another burger.

I ordered food from this location through Uber Eats, and when I received my order, there were literally no lettuce. The fries were totally disgusting—no salt on them at all—and all of my food tasted like it had been made two hours ago, even though the driver delivered it quickly. I spent $60 on this order, but sadly, it wasn’t worth it at all. I will definitely not be ordering from this location again! I really hope they improve their food quality and service, as this experience was disappointing.

This is a very good McDonald's compared to most other locations. The service is usually very fast and the food is usually very good. HOWEVER: - There is no self-serve pop fountain. All newer locations are like this. McDonald's is phasing out self-serve pop fountains :middle-finger-emoji:. - There is a Middle Eastern lady who will always make you park if you use the drive thru! She's nice enough but the parking lot sucks. Beware!

We ordered drive-thru breakfast at this place on Nov 14th. We found the pancakes from happy meal had a sticker that showed it was expired already while kids were eating it halfway through. Drove back to the store and the store manager willing to give no apology or any refund for the happy meal. Absolutely disgraceful food and service!

I ordered about one hour before I pick up my food and they just made it when I went there for pick up. It took them five to ten minutes to find and make my order and told us that it didn’t pop up on their screen! What a ridiculous excuse!!!! Btw, it was their night crew
This is ridiculous now, every night after 6pm the Hot drinks are unavailable. As a customer who likes stopping off here on route home from work to get a Latte. Very disappointed, fix the machines or clean them at nights.

They parked me over 10 minutes for a big mac meal. After all the cars cleared the drivethru while i was parked,they finally brought my order - half full of soggy stale fries. Absolutely disgusting. They forgot my straw and sauces too, surprised they didnt ask for a tip and minimum wage increase too
