I reached out and was immediately excited by what was available for so many different dietary requirements and how simple and personal the entire process was. The meals are delicious and have such a variety in foods and flavours! I chose delivery, which they have made so easy and convenient.
I have been on a journey to improve my health and to lose fat and having the meals prepared and ready to go with exactly the portion size I need is just that extra stress off of me. It really has allowed me to focus on my exercise plan and on my goals for where I want to get and stop panicking about what to cook and when to cook it.
I really have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience!

I’m so happy I found this company! I am diabetic on insulin and I’m able to cut my medication in half already using the diabetic program. Normally I struggle to stick to diets because it feels too restrictive but I don’t find that at all with this program! It’s going to be absolutely life changing for me as a busy mom and business owner myself I just don’t have time to prioritize making my own healthy meals. I’m so glad I found meals a weight!!

I've also used Ellie's Catering services for parties as well. She loves to sit down and design a delicious menu that will blow your guests away. Highly recommend Ellie's services.
