I’m so happy I found this company! I am diabetic on insulin and I’m able to cut my medication in half already using the diabetic program. Normally I struggle to stick to diets because it feels too restrictive but I don’t find that at all with this program! It’s going to be absolutely life changing for me as a busy mom and business owner myself I just don’t have time to prioritize making my own healthy meals. I’m so glad I found meals a weight!!
Best meal prep company in Vancouver! Food is so yummy, healthy and has so much flavour! Eli and her staff are all amazing, if you have questions or dietary restrictions Eli will modify your meals exactly how you want them! Love them you won’t be disappointed
