We live in Maple Ridge and we stumbled upon Mr.Pho in Poco. This is by far the best pho place that I’ve ever eaten at in my life and I’m not just saying that I’m a big giant white boy that loves a cheeseburger. And I’m a total foodie and this is the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had the best spring rolls I’ve ever had and the noodles were like something I’ve never experienced in my life. I don’t care where you live in the lower mainland, but you must drive here. The best service and the dining room is set up like a cool little sushi restaurant.👍🏻👍🏻

Noodles were perfectly cooked, and the first five minutes were the best time to consume it.
However, I noticed my pho was N8 (steak, tendon, and triple), which looked greasier than my husband’s N9 (steak, tendon, and brisket). Their bowls had a special herb taste, which is very special.
Beef carpaccio was the best dish today, and it reminded me of Phnom Peng Restaurant at Chinatown, similar taste but another level of fresh.

Stopped by on a whim and so glad we did! This cozy, family-run spot is clean, welcoming, nicely decorated and serves absolutely delicious food. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was rich and flavorful, and there was plenty of meat—super satisfying. We also tried the viet iced coffee, and it was fantastic. The service was warm and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place we'd come back to if we're in the area again!
