Food tastes good but the portions are miniscule compared to other Chinese restaurants. I thought it was just a fluke but ordered twice and the containers were not full. I would be ok with that if prices reflect that. Will avoid like the plague.

New Chow's Kitchen is now a family favorite. He is always so kind and cheerful when you go to pick up your food.

The food is good, good sized portions. Great combinations for single eaters as well! I recommend the almond chicken, sweet chili chicken and wonton soup.

They did at one point have a delivery service (not sure anymore) that I wouldn't recommend, they guy couldn't find my house and I had to go meet him on the main road.

Not really a place to eat in as it is a very small dining room and more of a take out joint.

Parking: The parking lot is small and is shared with 4 other companies. Depending on the time of day you go, there is always plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly parking. But there is a slight curb to step up to and a ramp further down. The door is heavy, no automatic door opener.

Purchased 80$ worth of food tonight and after a 25% tip to the driver it came to 100$. Once my wife and I began to open the food we realized that both the rice and chowmein were both filled to the brim. But the prawns, and sweet and sour pork weren’t even 1/2 full. Quite disappointed in the portions after spending the amount of money we did. The food here has always been great as it’s been our go to when we’re looking for takeout but after our experience tonight we will need to consider for future orders.

Delicious food. Ordered 4 person dinner for delivery and food was piping hot and delivered on time. Everything tasted amazing.

Just ordered nearly $150 of food for my mom's birthday dinner. Got to the restaurant to be told they cancelled the order because they had a big party to cook for. No phone call or email to notify us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will NEVER order from them again.

Been getting food from this joint a few times in the last few months, haven't been disappointed so far! Always fresh and delicious, much better food than other big trendy Chinese restaurants and for much cheaper. Definitely a must to try.
