Ordered online and no delivery person showed up. When I called, nonkne answered. I've ordered from here regularly but NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve ordered here for years and the gentleman that usually delivers it is always dressed in a suit and tie and it’s very pleasant. I’m not sure if it’s new ownership or what but I phoned for an order tonight. They quoted me $13 more than their online website menu posted and I asked him why and they said oh that’s an old menu. Don’t worry about that. And it took two hours and 32 minutes for my food to arrive and they didn’t even phone to apologize. I had to phone myself and they didn’t even offer a discount. Should you not update your menu online on another note instead of false advertising.!!!!

The food here is awesome. It’s my go to in the tri-cities for “western style” Chinese food. Take out only. It’s extremely popular on weekend nights so sometimes they stop answering the phone if it gets too busy.

Cute lil hole in the wall, food was quick and hot. For the price per meal I wasn't expecting too much, but the portions were large. Will definitely be eating there again!

Food tastes good but the portions are miniscule compared to other Chinese restaurants. I thought it was just a fluke but ordered twice and the containers were not full. I would be ok with that if prices reflect that. Will avoid like the plague.

New Chow's Kitchen is now a family favorite. He is always so kind and cheerful when you go to pick up your food.

The food is good, good sized portions. Great combinations for single eaters as well! I recommend the almond chicken, sweet chili chicken and wonton soup.

They did at one point have a delivery service (not sure anymore) that I wouldn't recommend, they guy couldn't find my house and I had to go meet him on the main road.

Not really a place to eat in as it is a very small dining room and more of a take out joint.

Parking: The parking lot is small and is shared with 4 other companies. Depending on the time of day you go, there is always plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly parking. But there is a slight curb to step up to and a ramp further down. The door is heavy, no automatic door opener.
