Ninja Bubble Tea x Poké - Port Coquitlam

On March 7 I got to Shaughnessy branch and ordered a large Mac and cheese and a large strawberry bubble or something because I can’t remember perfectly, after a while the lady told me we are out of Mac and cheese and we will refund your amount, they didn’t, I went there after maybe two weeks and requested they guys to check their account to see what happened, the guy told me I can’t do anything for you and you have to email head office or something, I couldn’t find any email on the Internet so I prefer to put it here

The bubble tea here is great. They have regular bubble teas as well as fun combinations with fruit in the drinks. However the service definitely could be improved. They seem to be understaffed and always only have one person working which creates a delay from ordering to getting your drink or food. During the long weekend they only had one person working and it took 45 minutes from arriving to getting 3 bubble teas which was a bit too long.
