Ordered Kung Pao chicken from uber eats and was super disappointed. I’ve been to other locations and it was just ok. This place was the worst, lack of sauce, lack of chicken (maybe 5 tiny pieces). Would recommend going elsewhere or make it yourself for half the price and it’ll be twice as good. Will never order from here again.

Foods was not bad.. we were there around 1ish today and to my surprised they were empty during lunch time. Noodles are abit undercooked and not soft enough. Been editing this Hokkien noodles for decades and I know well about the texture and how it should be cooked. Overall the taste was good and meet my spicy requirement which I hardly find it’s going to match with their description on point most of the time. It’s hot and yes it’s hurt! Haha .. the chef personally were there to take the order and I was asked twice.. on how I could take the heat .. you proof your point chef!

I was a big fan of noodlebox when it first opened in Kitsilano. I've eaten at this location before too. I ordered tonight as it's been rough with an upcoming funeral. Not happy. I ordered 4 noodle boxes for delivery and only got half my order. Got a refund but not on my delivery fees so I would not recommend!

Ordered through Uber Nov 3 2025. Food was OLD. All aspects. Chicken was old, vegetables old. The noodles were the only thing that was fresh. Very disappointed in the staff that prepared this as it would have been clear as day during cooking.

Disappointed in the overall taste and especially quality of meat! The only thing I really enjoyed was the noodles, overall had to season it myself. Would have thought there will be more vegetables as well! Beef tough as nails! Worth the $20 per bowl, definitely not!

Food was basic but tasty (and more affordable than other spots in the vicinity), service was relaxed and cheerful. I'd go back. Could use some sound baffling to absorb the echoes, but other than that, everything's copasetic. Very cool mural.
