This was our spot. We have been coming here for 5+ years. We came here on the day my wife went into labour with our second child. Since then, it has been our staple spot once or twice a month with our two kids. Sadly they have now installed two GIANT TVs making it impossible to put our kids in any position to prevent them from being glued to the TV. We came here and did not mind paying the extra cost that some people complain about because the staff have always been phenomenal and kind. Tonight they turned one of the TVs onto cartoons due to multiple families with young kids which just made it worse. Sadly, we won’t be coming back because of this - we will find another Pho place without TVs.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly due to giant TVs. Kids will be too distracted to eat and there’s not a spot in the entire restaurant where you can’t see one of them.

The food was overpriced for what it is. Running at 20 dollars a dish which is about 20% higher than other places (even with the price that’s gone up after Covid), we expected at least good food. Ordered rice dish and the meat was so plain and no grilled flavours at all. Had so many Vietnamese places that’s better than this I don’t understand why this has such high reviews ?

Food is delicious! The Chicken Noodle Pho, Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli, Salad Roll & Spring Springs were all so fresh, flavourful, and so very satisfying. We'll definitely be back to eat here again.
Sad, this used to be our favorite pho place, but not anymore. It will take a lot for us to go back. Their portion is super tiny and they raised their price $17.25 for small and $18.25 for large. I understand there's an inflation, but too much imo. Service was ok, was offered water refill. I had a small and it was a bit bigger then a pop can and the large wasn't much bigger. The kids bowl was even smaller, my son 8 wasnt full and had to eat out of my bowl. Positive is there were some meats.

We were told to go up to the counter to order when we were there to dine in while guests after us were seated first before ordering which I thought was odd already. I got the pho and for 2 small bowls and one spring roll came to $45! Soup was very bland but it did have lots of meat. The environment just did not make you want to sit down and eat. Will not be back.

Good food. Service wasn't good at all. 3 of us ordered food. My food came out 5 minutes before the other 2 people's food. We were given the Bill before our food came out and we were asked if we needed the machine. They also charge for take out boxes.

This place was terrible. They made us pay before they even let us sit down. The workers are slow and unwelcoming, their beef tastes rotten and slimy, it was not even edible, the smell of it made me gag.
