Stumbled upon Solar Pho on my adventures today and had a wonderful meal at this lovely Vietnamese restaurant.
They have happy hour from 2pm - 530pm for their p.9 pho steak, brisket and beef balls (pho tai, nam, bo vien) for $11.95 + tax and tip. Amazing price for eating out nowadays. Their regular price for the bowl of pho is $16.50.
Service was excellent and the pho came out very quickly. The broth was flavorful, noodles were perfect. They also have a great variety of condiments. There menu is quite extensive and there are a decent amount of vegetarian options.

My classmate highly recommended the beef rib pho here, and it did not disappoint! The rib was incredibly tender and flavorful—absolutely delicious. We also ordered the M1 Grilled Chicken Bread, and both my wife and I really enjoyed it. Great food and a satisfying experience overall👍
