Ramen Bella poco

I have been here a few times. Once I had very good experience with the service. This time was really disappointing. We have a group of 6, but only I’m here. And I said we can sit separately. The lady didn’t allow me to sit at a table of 4, said they don’t take reservations. I understand. Then I asked can I sit at a table for two. She Still did not allow me. Then I asked what if I’m the only one customer, can I sit here? Then she said yes. But I already felt upset. I don’t want to eat it anymore. There are plenty of other options around.

Ordered pork miso ramen, black shoyu ramen, and chicken donburi. Found the ramens too salty with almost no flavour. Not to my liking.

No comment on the donburi.

Update: Visited again recently.
- Nice service
- Food came out quickly
- Good value
- Flavors were great

The Koko Bella (Ramen) was recommended by my server (details are in the pic) the broth was delicious, every ingredient complimented each other perfectly

The Tonkatsu (Pork) meat to breading ratio was perfect and seasoning was on-point! Sauces are just what you expect in flavor, Kimchi was not too spicy (which I enjoyed), surprisingly the mayo sauce on the macaroni was spicier haha

Gyoza was a great add-on, crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside.

The restaurant is small so goodluck getting a seat ;)

I do not know what happened?!! This was my favourite ramen place in the Tri-City.
Where is the old staff? This new waitstaff (Tuesday October 28) is so rude—complete with eye rolls and attitude!
I love small local places but the owners need to know this waitstaff was horrible.
Please bring back the old waitstaff —the one that was super kind and nice.

My review will change when she either change her attitude or is not there anymore

It rlly good the broth is pretty clean and the pork/chashu is super fatty making the meal extra delish 🙂‍↕️the egg is pretty good but kinda small but that's fine ig.... Anyways good meal very good love it 😊

We had heard good things about Ramen Bella, and with our regular place closed for the holiday, decided to give it a try. We were seated, scanned the QR code to view the menu, about 5 minutes later we were handed menus. 10 minutes later the hostess seated another table. A couple minutes after that, took their orders and went back to the kitchen.

We sat there for almost 20 minutes with no service. We stood up, and as we walked out the door, heard to hostess say “Thank you!” as if we had been served, ate, or enjoyed our time at all.

What a terrible first time experience at a place with such high reviews.

Cozy 6 table restaurant tucked in. Food is delicious and fresh. We loved the fried edamame, pumpkin croquettes, and the tofu ramen. Kids enjoyed kids sized ramen. 🍜

Have become regulars here, probably go more often than we really should 😂, best vegan ramen around. The agedashi tofu and veggie gyozas are incredible as well. The staff are some of the chillest people around, and super courteous. Always recommending this place to friends and family.

The service and the atmosphere was nice but not the ramens. My mom never tried one so we brought her here since the place was close. We ordered 3 ramens and they all smelled & tasted unpleasantly. It was not a regular taste or smell of pork but something different, something sharp. Neither of us quite liked it. I expected the ramen place to have the best ramen around or at least decent. Unfortunately this place didn't meet my expectations
