Small place with great food for a great price. Only my husband is actually able to eat everything, so there's always leftovers too! Love their setup. They have a bell at the table so you can click it when you need anything or when you are ready to order. Everyone has always been friendly. Very busy for such a small place

All the staff were so kind and the service was excellent! I tried the pork shio ramen, and it was really delicious. The portion was generous as well. Next time, I’d love to try the other ramen options too! I hope many people come and enjoy this place

I’ve come here a couple of times and had wonderful experiences but our last one left us all rather upset.

Immediately after eating the server within a couple of minutes asked us to settle up. We felt as if this were rushed as we had eaten rather quickly too. As I was with 3 of my friends we wanted to chat a little bit after our meal and was asked to leave shortly after we paid to accommodate more guests when they had 4 other empty tables…

For context we all work in the service industry and understand when table turnovers need to be made to accommodated more people. But it’s rude when there is plenty of additional room in the restaurant!

Also my ramen was rather cold this time.

Don't report my post. I told the truth. I visited last Thursday. The store was cold, the food and service were cold. The service was not provided properly. The waitress is not ready to work yet

It's my first time visiting, and I received such a kind service because of the hospitality. I've never had Korean ramen before, and tofu combo was so good! You told me to come often, so I'll go often!!

I came to pick up an order for delivery. When I arrived, the staff member handed me the food, and before leaving I politely asked if I could use the washroom. She told me I wasn’t allowed because the washroom is “for customers only.”

I found this very disappointing and honestly inhumane, considering I was there because I was fulfilling an order for their own customer
That was not an appropriate attitude.

After I told her that this wasn’t okay and that I would write a review about my experience there , she said, “you can use it.” By then, I was uncomfortable with the interaction and declined.

This kind of treatment leaves a very negative impression. I hope the restaurant shows more respect.

I have been here a few times. Once I had very good experience with the service. This time was really disappointing. We have a group of 6, but only I’m here. And I said we can sit separately. The lady didn’t allow me to sit at a table of 4, said they don’t take reservations. I understand. Then I asked can I sit at a table for two. She Still did not allow me. Then I asked what if I’m the only one customer, can I sit here? Then she said yes. But I already felt upset. I don’t want to eat it anymore. There are plenty of other options around.

Ordered pork miso ramen, black shoyu ramen, and chicken donburi. Found the ramens too salty with almost no flavour. Not to my liking.

No comment on the donburi.

Update: Visited again recently.
- Nice service

The Koko Bella (Ramen) was recommended by my server (details are in the pic) the broth was delicious, every ingredient complimented each other perfectly

The Tonkatsu (Pork) meat to breading ratio was perfect and seasoning was on-point! Sauces are just what you expect in flavor, Kimchi was not too spicy (which I enjoyed), surprisingly the mayo sauce on the macaroni was spicier haha

Gyoza was a great add-on, crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside.

The restaurant is small so goodluck getting a seat ;)

I do not know what happened?!! This was my favourite ramen place in the Tri-City.
Where is the old staff? This new waitstaff (Tuesday October 28) is so rude—complete with eye rolls and attitude!
I love small local places but the owners need to know this waitstaff was horrible.
Please bring back the old waitstaff —the one that was super kind and nice.

My review will change when she either change her attitude or is not there anymore
