I've eaten here a couple times before with no issues but today I took my wife and we had a very poor experience.Sandwich I ordered was made spicy, which i did not order.I ate it anyways. It is also posted as 10$ on the in store signage but rings up as 14.99.The girl at the cash register just said sorry, prices have gone up a little.50% is not a little and signage should be updated. The worst part was the lady who was acting as our sever was also doing some cleaning and did not wash her hands or change her gloves in between picking up garbage, dirty rags and handling food. When we saw this, we stopped eating, leaving a fully uneaten lamb neck on the table because we were both so grossed out.Plates that were given to us were also dirty. The food is good but could not go back after how seemingly unconcerned with food safety and hygiene this place is.Walked our and had a burger at 5 guys next door instead.

Really enjoyed the fresh and delicious chicken pesto sandwich! The portion was huge - could easily be shared between two people. For the price, I think it’s a great bang for your buck in addition to fresh ingredients and actually super tasty! As a tip: a bit of music in the background could liven up the restaurant ?

I ordered a margarita pizza and lemon garlic chicken platter and both were excellent. The pizza was a very generous size with very good quality sauce, cheese, and crust. The chicken platter was even better. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The whole meal from Saboos tasted like it was from scratch with fresh ingredients which is hard to find these days. I will definitely be ordering again. The margarita pizza is pictured (we downed the platter before we could get a pic).

This place took our reservation for 9 people then called back 15 minutes prior to the reservation and cancelled it citing a private event. It is a Friday night with no other places now available.

What a joke! Let's start with the staff member who has a lack of customer service experience. Rudly will tell you wait and walk off to see if they have their options on menu. Don't see if your open and at lunch if half the menu is missing you shouldn't be open. I ordered the Italian sandwich and wife got beef shank. Shank was large and portion was also large for my sandwich. Beed wasn't that great as rice it felt like mall food. My ssandwich was missing all sorts of ingredients from meats and cheese.... I took it up to be told that was right... I told her clearly it isn't come look at the photo and look at this sandwich. Cheese and meat are missing. She tried to tell me cheese had melted. I laugh like ok mortadella doesn't vaperise. So we're is the salami. Dumbfounded she goes to back to work out what to do. Three times later and even another customer saying that isn't the same they finally gave me a refund I said I was happy with half but they gave full return. The child's high chair was caked in left over food and crumbs we had to clean. Lucky we had baby wipes. No table service. You even have to order at front counter then sit ... Do t tip when you do all the work. Absolutely disgusting I just wish I was Persian. Maybe treated with respect

This place tries to maak the fact that they are a takeaway shop and nothing more. My family and I came for lunch (wanting something other than fast food). He ordered the Italian mortadello sandwich and I ordered slow cooked beef platter (lamb was unavailable at this time). My husband's sandwich which was suppose to have 2 different types of meat, mortadello cheese, pesto, etc... had thinly slowed marbled cheddar, one type of meat. So cheap and tasteless. The platter was just okay... I would have rather cazba in the mall for less money and better quality. The atmosphere was poor... dirty floors, no music, it was uncomfortable. My child's highchair was FILTHY.. the worst I've seen yet. No Cutlery. No staff around. When my husband asked about his sandwich, they tried to convince him that the cheese was eight and the salami was in there. Treated him like he was dumb, even the customer waiting behind him said that it's not the same sandwich at all. The chef came out and apparently already told the woman to refund the sandwich but she was still arguing.I can see why the reviews are so high.. this place would be popular with the local Persian community for food, dancing, events space etc... but it's not worth it at all. Go to cazbas instead!

Ordered off of UberEats and was not disappointed. I had the lemon chicken platter and it was SO good. Will definitely order from Saboos again.

Amazing food. We ordered the rack of lamb and chicken skewers platters and devoured both! Didn't leave anything. It was so delicious we didn't even take pictures of the food. The prices were really good too. Place was practically empty at 7pm on a Tuesday. I Recommend.
