Sincerely Kitchen

I am leaving this review to share my experience with this commissary kitchen in hopes of helping others avoid a similar situation. I initially rented space here for my food truck business, and I was paying about $760 a month even when I barely used the facility.

When my business struggled and I couldn't make ends meet, I tried to have an honest, professional conversation to adjust our payment terms. We verbally agreed on a lower monthly payment plan. Unfortunately, the very same day we agreed, the owner went back on her word, demanded the full amount again, and eventually sent my account to collections.

I find it deeply disappointing and unprofessional that the agreement was not honored, especially given how little I actually used the kitchen. I hope this feedback encourages a more transparent and fair approach in the future. Until then, I can't recommend this place to others.

We’ve been working out of Sincerely Kitchen and it’s been exceptional. The space is spotless, well-organized, and everything runs smoothly. Maria and Andres genuinely care about the businesses in their kitchen — they go above and beyond, communicate clearly, and are always willing to help when needed.

The community here is great too — supportive, friendly, and collaborative. If you're starting or growing a food business, this place gives you the environment and guidance to succeed. Highly recommended.

I have rented kitchen space from Sincerely Kitchen for about a year now and I have had such a positive experience! Maria and her husband do an excellent job managing their kitchen space, they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and gave me all the necessary tools and information to open my own business. All the equipment is top notch and helped me to start a bakery business for a very affordable price. I could not have done it without them and would highly recommend to anyone starting a small business that requires a Fraser Health approved kitchen.

very good and clean kitchen. if you are starting your business, this is highly recommended. it has clean and well-tended spaces and the owner is very friendly! the people in the kitchen are also very friendly and there is a very nice atmosphere where everyone like to helps with others.

We joined Sincerely Kitchen in May of 2023. Maria, Andres and Dave were instrumental in launching our new business. They guided us with Fraser Health support and kept the merchants in the loop when opportunities arose. They are very responsive when it comes to our business needs and always offered great solutions for us to consider. We absolutely love the space, it’s big and clean, when we sometimes have our daughter with us, she can play upstairs while we finished up our work.

It's a great place. I loved the food and the people that work there are really nice. I just love it. The hot chocolate is great and I'm looking forward to going there again. You should definitely go!

Fantastic lunch, great coffee with personal service

We were biking the poco trail and stopped in at sincerely Cafe and we were floored! The food was delicious and the coffee was the best we've ever had! The owners were such a delight as well. Would definitely recommend to others and can't wait to come back.

Hidden gem!

I had the meatball panini; it was very delicious.

This place has a very limited menu and that's good. The owners pride themselves on making a few things really well.
