Very terrible customer service. They are literally the worst, just lie to you about what you ordered or what product you have been served previously. There is no wonder why the company is in trouble. They can't get simple orders correct the merchandise is way overpriced and of very low quality. Just avoid them and go to McDonald's for coffee or waves, much better products at much lower pricing.

Not sure why their sign says open until 9pm, Google says they are open until 9pm but for some reason going in this evening I was told they close at 730 on Saturdays. Odd time to close on a weekend

This morning I ordered 2 cups of peppermint Mocha and caramel brûlée latte, When I opened the lid of each cup I noticed that almost half was empty!!! You could see what they advertised, what you get 😡😡😡

Middle-aged female employee at the driveway this morning had terrible customer service. We ordered venti drinks and she gave us grande sized so we corrected her and she gave us multiple sighs saying that she repeated the order and we didn’t say anything. We also wanted a pup cup and usually employees are nice about forgetting at the order section and just getting it at the end but this employee gave another huge sigh and thought it was necessary to tell us we need to order at the front. This is her job and this shows that she hates her job but that shouldn’t be on us and gave us a terrible day.

What use to be a nice end coffee shop is just another fast food garbage dump. Staff can’t even keep the workstations clean. So dirty items everywhere. Things on the ground. Dairy left open.

Great location for drive-through, but a bit rough for pedestrian traffic. Staff are very friendly.
Week day crew is way better than the weekend crew. Im a regular here and every time I come on the weekend, it's incredibly slow.

We have come to this Starbucks location a few times. Despite the cramped parkade, busy drive through, and small space, SERVICE is the real highlight of this location.

This morning I ordered a coffee through the drive through at this location. I just had some sad family news and was very distraught. The Starbucks employee at the order window was super nice and accommodating. It is so refreshing to see people who care😊 I didn’t catch her name but am thankful for her kindness 🩷
