Very inconsistent in Coffee preparation, I had to go back and ask for the Cappuccino to be created again. The guy at the counter was arguing on how a Cappuccino is made. This is a coffee I have often and I know how it's made. We waited for long in the drive thru. Not a good outlet.

I used to visit this Starbucks quite frequently, as it was conveniently located near my employer at the time.

Every time I visited, I politely placed my order, patiently waited for it, and paid with a good tip. I never made any complaints, was always patient and polite, always tipped, and never said or did anything that could even remotely cause a conceivable offense to a sane person.

The last time I visited this location, I received some text messages from a friend just after I picked up my order. Since it was raining outside, I spent approximately one minute inside the store answering those texts before I left. I was not in anyone’s way as I did so. In fact, I was the only customer in the store at the time. As I was leaving, I kid you not, I overheard one of staff loudly say to his colleagues in a tone of mocking faux disappointment: “Awwww… is he leaving?” Followed shortly thereafter by an angry “Go eat your sandwich!” It was just bizarre and entirely unwarranted.

I’ve been to a lot of different Starbucks outlets up until that point, but this particular location has by far the rudest staff I ever had the misfortune to encounter. Not only did I stop going to this location, I stopped going to Starbucks in general because there’s honestly a hundred reasons to visit any other café than a Starbucks.

Don’t go to this café. Go to literally any other café instead. Preferably, one that isn't a chain. They’ll be much more likely to appreciate your business and deserve your business as such far more than this truly awful place and their incredibly rude employees. This place doesn't deserve to be in business and their employees don't deserve their jobs.

There were no chairs or tables inside due to a reno. The Mgr would not let us bring 2 chairs in from outside. I'm not sure what damage that could do. Very poor customer service

First time back after the renovations and they have removed all the indoor seating. I'm not a fan. In the lower mainland utdoor seating is not year round proposition. This seems hostile to their customers. So much for their third place initiative.

I used to go to this location for its neighborhood coffee shop vibe, but now all of the seating has been removed and replaced by merchandise shelves. The staff seemed to dislike us even standing inside to eat our food (it was raining outside). Don't think I'll be back.

2 months, this location was closed for renovations. Surprised that all seating has been removed. Ambiance of coffee shop experience totally gone. Also, coffee prices are higher than other locations nearby (with seating) and coffee quality lowered.

This is my favourite starbucks to visit! They are clean and have. Never messed up my orderEDIT:This place used to be my favorite, but now I will never go here again, no seats inside anymore and today I waited 15 minutes for a latte with only 3 customers in store and 7 employees behind the counter, to slow for me

Don't trust drive-thru. Caught them on 5 separate occasions trying to add Tips to the transactions w/o my knowledge. Exact Same Order all 5 times; no add-ons, no alt sizes and 5 different prices were charged to my account. Showed the receipts to head office and rather than address staff trying to add tips to orders w/o customer knowledge, all they did was send me multiple gift cards. Fraud & Bribery.
