Today I ordered an iced matcha at this Starbucks location, but unfortunately, the lid was defective and the drink spilled everywhere. It completely ruined my drink and my day. I was really disappointed because I expect better quality control and care from Starbucks. I hope the staff can double-check lids in the future so this doesn’t happen to other customers

I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks recently. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Appy, one of the baristas, whose warm and welcoming smile truly made my day. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, creating an instant sense of comfort and friendliness. The rest of the staff was equally courteous and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The ambiance of the place was equally impressive—calm, cozy, and beautifully put together. This visit was a perfect blend of great coffee, warm service, and an inviting atmosphere. Huge thanks to Appy and the team for making it special—I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

If you guys don’t hear the order through that thing on the drive through just close the drive through, change that device or don’t charge people for different order . Ordered green tea yesterday got to my location with the son and figured out it’s black tea
Great experience at this Starbucks. There is limited seating inside but there is plenty of outdoor seating. Tried the new mini maple pancakes and they taste like the tops of the McGriddles at McDonald’s crossed with a muffin, not bad at all. The blonde roast coffee was fresh, the store was clean. A great Starbucks.
