2 weeks in a row I have come through the drive through and my SIMPLE coffee order has been screwed up. I asked for a venti cold brew 6 pumps of vanilla very light ice. I got a cold brew no vanilla and more ice then coffee. This is not a hard job it may get busy but difficulty is very low.

Review – Visit to Starbucks on December 6, 2025
Today, I went to Starbucks around 2:40 PM and ordered a Brown Sugar Cookie Oat Latte with cold foam on top. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. They made me wait about 10 minutes, prioritizing drive-thru orders first, which was already a bit annoying.
When I finally got my coffee, I pointed out that they’d missed adding the cold foam on top as I’d requested. The girl who handed me the drink just told me it wasn’t on the sticker, as if it was my responsibility to make sure their sticker was correct. In the end, they just threw the foam on top, and the coffee tasted terrible—absolutely third-class and a total waste of money.
To top it off, this was my first experience with a Starbucks employee being so rude about a simple request. All in all, not a good visit.

My review system for coffee shops has all Starbucks in the AVERAGE rating of 3/5 . They are the average ….well run ….great coffee . To get that system to thousands of shops is amazing . This particular Starbucks is as always good for coffee ….strong wifi …plug ins …, BUT no comfy area with stay awhile chairs . Limited 3 small wooden tables and chairs . My opinion there is zero coffee shop vibe .
It's a clean and cozy place, but I had to wait 25 minutes for my order, and it wasn't rush hour. And I reminded the staff about my order 2 times
