I stopped by the drive-thru for a quick drink and ordered the brown sugar oat milk tall, requesting no ice with the ice on the side since other they often overfill the cup with ice. This is a request I make regularly at Starbucks, but when I got my drink, it was only half full. I pointed this out to the staff, and the employee explained that it was standard practice since the drink is shaken over ice, and if I wanted more, I'd need to pay for extra milk. I ended up paying $6.25 for a drink that was only half full. I asked to speak to the manager because I’ve never had this issue at other Starbucks locations, where I’m always given a full drink without being charged extra for the milk. Seems like I am not the only person they do this too by reading other reviews.

I was having a rough morning, as my suspicions that my credit card was compromised were confirmed at the till when my cc was declined. The absolute angel behind the till comp'd my drink without hesitation. I'm a weekly regular at this location and the service is always friendly and efficient and they haven’t messed up my order once. Thank you thank you thank you for turning around my gloomy Friday morning!

The server made the wrong drink. I showed a picture of the lavender oat chill with dragon fruit but they gave me a hot lavender oat latte? Yes there oat in both drinks but at least get the temperature right, the picture was clearly not a hot drink either. Both drinks look very different.
Always appreciate the effort this store puts in on a daily basis. Great staff.

I have only just recently started using this Starbucks location. It is just wonderful! The staff are friendly and on the ball. They remember their customers... and yet it is a very busy place!... and greet them with a friendly smile. It has become my 'go to' place.
