I always enjoy ordering Starbucks at this shop while shopping at Safeway, but recently, they’ve been getting my orders wrong. It happened twice in one week. I ordered coffee and a sandwich, but when I got home, the coffee had only milk—no coffee—and the sandwich wasn’t what I ordered.
I noticed these mistakes tend to happen when the staff are chatting with each other. Also, a staff member—possibly new—told me I couldn’t use my Starbucks card there, even though I had just used it at the same location a few days earlier. It’s very confusing and disappointing.

Starbucks is a solid 4/5. Lost one star due to prices; I understand that prices have been high and it's been tough on businesses, but for a multi-billion dollar company, they should be able to not charge 1.45$ for cold foam on your 6.50$ drink.

Very impressed with the staff here. I arrived this morning and waited for my app order. They asked my name and said it wasn't on their board.I checked my app and realized I ordered to the wrong starbucks.They didn't miss a beat and immediately offered to make my drink anyways.I am very appreciative of the team and their efforts.I hope the staff from Feb 1 at around 7:50-8 am receive my appreciation.

I ordered grande brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso light ice and i have no idea what I received.Does the staff working on weekends (afternoon shift) even know what they are doing? I get drinks on weekdays as well and they are made perfectly. But mostly on Sunday they keep screwing my drink, i went back today as it tasted so bad, clearly they mixed something wrong in the drink I ordered.Even second time it didn’t taste like brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I love going there but today was not a pleasing experience.And it was clearly a rush hour, the girl was working alone and the guy just talking to another coworker.May be she was extremely tired that she messed my drink twice.
