Tonight, I ordered two steak sandwiches online, but he contained very little steak and resembled veggie sandwiches. When I called to complain, the staff member didn’t accept the mistake and I decided to go there in person to show him my sandwiches. Anmol, who was working there alone, behaved unprofessionally. He opened my sandwich, touched the inside, and returned it to me without offering a replacement. He told me he didn’t accept my complaint.
I noticed a friend of his left a positive review, but he was eating his own sandwich at that time and likely didn’t what happened with mine. If you read his review, it’s clear he may not have witnessed the situation regarding my sandwich.
I’m disappointed with their behaviour and the service provided. So I don’t recommend this place to anyone due to the poor service and bad customer experience.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The staff was not only rude, but they also seemed completely indifferent to my concerns. The night crew really needs to get it together or consider other jobs if they can't handle basic service.
I don’t recall the name of the employee who assisted me, but the service was the worst I’ve experienced at any Subway location.
Management should prioritize proper training for their employees. Many customers, like myself, just want a quick meal and a bit of relaxation, but this experience made my night far worse. This level of service is unacceptable.

The service by the staff was quite impressive.I actually don’t remember the name of the girl working there ,but despite of working alone she was very fast and even the sandwich was very tasty.

Awful place. Says 24 hours but the night workers close shop randomly. Sometimes even kick you out mid-meal. The only option open for night shift, but it is entirely not worth it. You’ll see rats running around outside the store. They also shut off the toasters mid-shift. This is without mentioning their rude demeanour and slopped together food. The worker keeps a headphone in during your order and will repeatedly ask you what you said like it’s your fault. Very disappointed in this subway. Even the one in Waterfront Station is better. Also gave me the wrong cookies, and they looked and tasted like they were a week old.

I go at least three times in a week to Subway. It is near the gym I use and the subs are a healthy alternative. I love my local Subway! Service is very quick. The restaurant is well kept and clean. Thumbs up for healthy breads, veggies and meats. I never had a bad tuna sub from Subway either especially made by Turban guy at night. Always welcome with smile and best served.
