I visited in subway and a girl named Baljinder was on her shift. She greet me very nicely with her cute happy face nd i like her way of talking. She is very helpful ☺️

It’s a hit or miss here, unfortunately I’ve been completely turned off due to Sour meat and rotten lettuce. Uber eats ordered for a friend and myself, the Ciabatta blt arrived on a 6in sub bun and my sandwich was sadly inedible. No communications from them if they were out of a product.

Mean and incompetent staff. I brought 3 students with me. The lady told me I cannot use my app offer (and after I left found out I could). Lady was not nice at all to me (local) and my 3 students who travelled here. She showed clearly frustration that the students are not English mother tongue. The food portion also got much smaller from what I remembered. Never coming back

Terrible experience at this Subway (Lougheed Hwy & Westwood). The staff were not just unfriendly — they were outright aggressive. One of them raised their voice for no reason, and they even tried to overcharge me at the register. When I pointed it out, they acted annoyed instead of correcting it properly.
The sandwich was awful — stale bread, old vegetables, barely any meat. The place was dirty too: sticky tables, messy floor, and an overflowing trash bin.
Easily the worst Subway I’ve been to. Avoid this location.

Just had wonderful service from Baljinder evening. Kind, efficient, and the place is very clean. Sandwich was delicious. Baljinder provides the kind of customer service experience that’s hard to find these days. She’s a keeper!
