Been to this location a few times now and have had a good experience. Subs were good. Unfortunately the last couple times I have gone the customer service hasn’t been the greatest. Went to grab a couple subs and wanted to use a coupon. The staff couldn’t figure out how to use the coupon and wasn’t willing to accommodate. Coupon was for a free drink and chips with a purchase of a sub and she couldn’t figure it out. Quite disappointed as she just muffed it away and said No you can’t use it and that it has been used before which was not the case. If you are looking for a quick bite then it’s good but beware of using coupons at this location.

It was my first time in this location. Excited for a tasty chicken teriyaki sandwich. But, gotta say, it was a major letdown. The chicken was bland, tasteless, and those tomatoes? Definitely felt like they were straight outta the freezer. It's like something's off in all Subways lately. The flavor just isn’t there. Hoping they get back to their old freshness, deliciousness soon!

For a place that's motto is eat fresh the Lettuce is brown tomatoes are translucent bread is stale and peppers are covered is slimeMusic was do loud they couldn't here me talking to them a foot away.Never going to come back here again. No big loss as it's full of fake ingredients nowadays.

Took my kids to get take-out for a quick dinner. The ladies were very kind and accommodating. They listened attentively while my kids explained what they wanted on their sandwich, and even offered double cheese on one side (the other kid didn’t want cheese at all). When I scanned my app and had a choice between a free cookie and $2 off, I chose the discount, explaining to my kids that they could just eat other snacks we packed. However, the ladies offered us a free cookie anyway! When I told my kids they’d have to share the one, the ladies offer ANOTHER one ? They totally made our very stressful day happier
Service was subpar and not friendly at all. Not like I'm expecting to be wine and dine but a little more kind tone and smile wouldn't hurt. Food is standard subway level. Nothing spectacular but fills your belly.
