2 stars — only for cleanliness.
The place is spotless—so clean it almost gave me chills. That’s the only reason it’s getting any stars at all.
We visited around noon on a Saturday, and surprisingly, both the oven and proofer were turned off. That was already a clear sign of what was to come. As our subs were being prepared, I zoned out, wondering how I could politely ask for fresher bread. I regret not speaking up and asking for it to be replaced.
One of the subs we ordered was a meatball sub, and unfortunately, the meatballs were not fresh. That was disappointing. We also got a cookie, and thankfully, that was the only item that met the standard of being fresh.
But the bread? It was clearly from the night before—stale and unworthy of being served, especially when a fresh batch had already been baked for the day. If you’ve already baked fresh bread, why serve the old one?
People dine in not just for food, but for the experience. Sadly, that experience is deteriorating fast here. Cleanliness alone won’t make up for poor food quality.

I walked out after being ignored for a few minutes (1 staff member was playing on her phone in a booth and the one behind the counter just pretended like I wasn’t there for a few minutes). I went next door and got sushi where they greeted me, were friendly, professional and took my order. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a lack of customer service ever.

We had a great experience at Subway today thanks to Sushmita! She was cheerful, lovely, and showed excellent customer service skills. Despite being on her own and serving a line of customers, she was quick, efficient, and remained friendly throughout. Really appreciated her positive attitude—she made our visit a pleasant one!

I had a horrible customer experince at this subway today. The staff mixed up making our sandwich order, which is quite an easy problem to remedy and instead she began accusing myself and my son of not correcting her before she made the sandwiches. I politley requested that they prepare the sandwiches that we ordered, and instead she continued to imply that we could have told her that she was making the wrong sandwiches. This all sounds very trite and silly I know. The fact of the matter is she went on and on asking us the customers to stop speaking and and listen to her lecture us on how we could have prevented her mistake. Ive never experience such short sighted customer service in any capacity and I would not reccomend that anyone put up with the awful behaviour we uad to endure just to receive 2 sandwiches.

I had a great experience at this subway.
The veggies were fresh, bread was soft, everything tasted delicious. Girls were so humble and quick, they made my subs perfectly and labeled them for me even with a long line.

My partner and I visited tonight while this location was receiving product from their supplier. To our surprise, only one person was on shift and was juggling online orders, walk-in orders, and receiving/putting away all the product. He very honestly told us that he would be a bit before he’d be able to get to us. This may deter some customers, but we chose to go for a walk and return, and I’m very glad we did! We learned the employee’s name was Vish and just like many other reviewers mention, he’s an incredibly dedicated worker with a great personality. Thank you Vish for the great service!
