The service was terrible! They only gave a tiny bit of each ingredient—lettuce, green peppers, red onions, spinach, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Definitely do NOT go there.
I have been coming to this location for awhile it's often been an overall good experience but lately when I take my night walks with my baby son it has gotten better. When I visit this location I see the same worker all the time. The sweet girl Jot is so kind and friendly. She has great energy and she puts a smile on my face when grabbing my families dinner. She makes really good sandwiches and is very attentive to my order. Looking forward to my next subway visit. :)

Only ever seems to be 1 person working (guess owner is trying to save money?!) but we have had to wait as long as 20 to 30 minutes. Staff is usually pretty good but seem overworked and rushed. Hate that this is the Subway we are stuck with in downtown PoCo.
Not sure why they don't want to put vegetables on your sandwich. Even when you ask for more they don't really put any more vegetables on it.
Had a very nice experience today with Kuldeep taking our order. She was friendly and patient with us as we chose our sandwich toppings. She also reminded me about the points in my account that could be redeemed towards my purchase. Thumbs up for her great service!

I probably had the best experience I've ever had in the subway this evening. Congratulations on your great choice of employee Sukhpreet K. After walking out the subway at Westwood and Lougheed, as I was not impressed with the customer service or quality of product displayed, I decided to go closer to home to the Shaughnessy location. The young lady that served me was very helpful and friendly and the food was fresh. I will definitely come back to this Subway!

One of the girls there who has made my sub a few times i have recently noticed she doesn't change the gloves shes wearing after she touched money and anything else I watched her serve the customer in front of me and behind me without washing her hands and or changing her gloves. I kept it to myself i didnt want to embarrass her or get her in any trouble . Just something to watch if and when you go there.

My recent experience was disappointing. The steak in my sub was dry, and despite the restaurant being empty, the staff member on shift refused my request for a water cup, even when one was visible. I was told it was only for coffee.

We visited Subway, but the customer service was terrible. The girl who took our order was very rude. We asked for extra veggies, but she didn’t even give us the regular amount. After that, we asked her to scan our offer. Although we scanned it, the offer didn’t go through, and she didn’t inform us. The offer included a free drink and veggies, but when we asked about the veggies, she simply said, ‘Your offer didn’t go through,’ without explaining why.
