I probably had the best experience I've ever had in the subway this evening. Congratulations on your great choice of employee Sukhpreet K. After walking out the subway at Westwood and Lougheed, as I was not impressed with the customer service or quality of product displayed, I decided to go closer to home to the Shaughnessy location. The young lady that served me was very helpful and friendly and the food was fresh. I will definitely come back to this Subway!

One of the girls there who has made my sub a few times i have recently noticed she doesn't change the gloves shes wearing after she touched money and anything else I watched her serve the customer in front of me and behind me without washing her hands and or changing her gloves. I kept it to myself i didnt want to embarrass her or get her in any trouble . Just something to watch if and when you go there.

My recent experience was disappointing. The steak in my sub was dry, and despite the restaurant being empty, the staff member on shift refused my request for a water cup, even when one was visible. I was told it was only for coffee.

We visited Subway, but the customer service was terrible. The girl who took our order was very rude. We asked for extra veggies, but she didn’t even give us the regular amount. After that, we asked her to scan our offer. Although we scanned it, the offer didn’t go through, and she didn’t inform us. The offer included a free drink and veggies, but when we asked about the veggies, she simply said, ‘Your offer didn’t go through,’ without explaining why.

Standard Subway, except...might just be me but their bread tastes old.

Codes are offered in advertisements but they don't come across.

Great place for lazy dinners or late night cravings. Sukhpreet was lovely - so welcoming and kind. Will def be my go-to Subway location!

Mahi is incredible, she always prepares my order quickly and with care.
I get subway for lunch nearly every day, she remembers my order and prepares it without me having to ask, even when they're packed!

One star because zero is not an option. This is the worst subway around. Since new ownership, I will NEVER eat here again. The staff does not wash their hands often. They are constantly touching money and food without changing the gloves. I have witnessed this several times as I work close by as have some Co workers. Save yourself from food poisoning and cross contamination. ???

Sukhpreet Kaur has been great every time I come into the restaurant. She's attentive and pays attention to the details while crafting the subs. Always a great experience when she's working.

I haven’t had a sandwich in a few months due to stomach complications and was craving subway. Kuldeep, an associate there was so kind and accommodating to my pickiness. Wanted to leave this review to just thank her for making my night and sandwich awesome.
