Whenever me and my family go to this location, we are greeted with a very nice respectful young man who gives us proper service and treat us with respect, his name is Nirmal Singh, he is very patient with my children and makes my sandwich very carefully and delicious and is very welcoming

Me and my family have been coming to this subway location for many many years. We are regulars and come here every weekend. We most of the time have a very good experience but lately we’ve been noticing that this worker Sarabjit, the locations manager, has been very arrogant and shows attitude to the customers and she verbally harassed my nine-year-old child. She does not put proper proportions of ingredients and shows attitude when we ask for normal amounts. Specifically, today I cracked when I came here to get my son lunch for school and he asked about the cookies and why the chocolate was melted on the cookies. I explained to him that when The cookies are fresh out the oven. The chocolate is melted and becomes hard and they’ve been out for a little bit.Mind you he didn’t even ask her to explain it. I was patiently explaining it to my own child and she gave us this disgusting look, I don’t remember what she said, but it was really rude and she was showing Major attitude. Then she started arguing with me, and started insulting my family members and how whenever they come to this location they do the same thing, Like this is Basic customer service lady you shouldn’t be working in this industry if you can’t handle questions. Seriously, this is shockingly rude and this should be taken seriously. My family and I have a great time at this location all the time but whenever she’s here she makes it hell. All the other workers treat us with respect and give us proper portions for everything that we ask for and are patient with my children.
I hope whoever is reading this review found it helpful. We hope that this issue can be resolved and Sarabjit Kaur gets what she deserves.

Nirmal is a very great worker. I’ve been coming to this location for many years. I think he’s been working here for around 3 years and he usually serves me. Suuuuper nice guy, always very welcoming and does his job at a very timely manner. Great manners, very happy he’s always there when I come in. This man deserves a raise.
