Best place for lunch in fremont area, the staff are awesome and always friendly, service is quick and overall the place has a good vibe. Shout out to Naveen, and Pawan they are both very nice and have memorized my favorite sandwich because I eat lunch there so often. They are both fantastic!

I placed an order through the app for pickup when I went to pick it up they said it didn’t go through even though it did. We waited there for around 25 minutes until they figured out that they had made the sandwiches but put them on the oven instead of the shelf for the pickup orders. By the end I was starving and my toasted sandwich was cold.
I ordered a veggie sub and the woman proceeds to put ham on it. I explained that’s not what I ordered and she continues to make my sandwich on the same bread, and rolled her eyes when I asked for new bread and gloves. I don’t eat meat and I’m unsure why I was treated rudely when I wasn’t the one who started putting ham on a veggie sub.

I would like to rate it higher, but I really can't.The lettuce was AT LEAST a day past its expiry date. It was turning light brown, was a bit slimy, tasted off, and left a terrible aftertaste.They were also really skimpy on the toppings. I haven't ever been to another Subway that considers 4 tomatoe slices to be an adequate number for a foot-long sub.

Ordered 2 veggie subs and received stale bread with no cheese nor spinach, olives, tomatoes, lettuce, onions which were clearly listed on the receipt as ordered. Receipt stapled to the bag now shows the number of items that should be on the sub and there we’re definitely a lot of vegetables not included.

Parking: The closest parking is by the main entrance to the lot so it can get chaotic parking there sometimes and it will only get worse with time.
