The girl working Tuesday closing at this Subway always provides amazing service. She’s friendly, fast, and makes the sandwiches with great care. The store is clean and she keeps everything running smoothly even near closing time.

Ordered online and picked up. Ordered a steak and cheese, barely any steak and there was no sauce or cheese.
Will never use the app again and I’ll make sure to come in and order so I can make sure employees do things correctly and add the appropriate amount toppings.

The girl who was on the closing shift tonight is hands down the best Subway employee i’ve ever had. She genuinely cared about what she was doing, and getting to know the customers. Been coming to Subway since I was a kid and have never enjoyed my quick 5 minute experience so much!

Horrible customer service. Only one person working it was not busy. The person working should look for another job that does not involve working with the public. The owner of this location should have at least two people working at all times. I’ll never ho back.

I’ve been visiting this Subway location in person regularly for the past week while staying in town (I’m from Edmonton), and I’m honestly very disappointed.
There’s always a lineup, which is fine — but what’s shocking is that the store has no air conditioning, and most of the time there’s only one employee running the entire place. It’s been extremely hot, and I honestly don’t know how the staff is managing in such conditions. It feels like the management doesn’t care about their employees at all — just about making money.
It breaks my heart to see someone working so hard, alone, and in that heat. No one deserves to work in such an environment. Management seriously needs to do better. It’s not just uncomfortable for customers standing in line — it’s unsafe and unfair to the person working.
Shame on whoever’s running this place. Do better for your staff.
I come here all the time they always have the most polite and efficient service. Such a clean, welcoming space. My favourite Subway. Thank you!

I came at 630pm on June 16, there was a massive line and one worker. Idk who thought that one worker would be sufficient for a dinner rush but they need to rethink things. This is not a bad review on the individual worker, she did amazing and was super sweet, but she should not have been alone. Please reconsider how you deal with dinner service.

I do not recommend buying from this branch at all. I bought a sandwich from here today, and it had significantly fewer ingredients compared to other branches. Very disappointing experience.
I ordered the foot long nachos. What I received was nothing like the photo on the poster. The worker did apologize and gave me $2 back. It’s also a health concern as there was no lettuce in the photo, but there was on the order. I picked off the lettuce as I am allergic. So many issues with the nachos that I won’t order it again, and also great disappointment.
