Great food and Japanese couple who run this small sushi bar. Fish is fresh and portions are generous.

Food is phenomenal. This is my new favourite sushi restaurant. I just came back from Japan and this place compares!

Like finding a quiet sushi bar nestled in a small village while traveling the countryside of Japan.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Food was unfortunately very poor and I am not feeling well after eating. The waitress was unpleasant and her behaviour was unacceptable with rudeness and disrespectful manners. Guests should not go through this experience and be respected as everyone else.

Authentic Japanese mom and pop sushi restaurant! It tasted just like you were in Japan. Each dish was high quality and the ingredients were fresh. The plates are also very beautiful. They seriously had the best unagi roll we ever tried! Go for the unagi roll. Other highlights were the assorted tempura which were perfectly fried and the premium nigiri set is expensive but worth it as they had amazing anago nigiri and the toro and Uni were creamy and delicious! The miso soup is above average and the crispy oysters were also good. Just wish they also served oyster motoyaki with the mayo sauce style.
Food is ok but it’s too pricy. Expect more with $40-50/person sushi
My hubby and I booked for dinner. Decent amount of people in the restaurant all the time. They have physical special menu and an online menu for ordering. We ordered sushi and sashimi special. Roughly $60+ per set. Everything is fresh and delicious. The amount of wasabi, rice and the fish is perfect combination. Hubby decided to order extra sushi since it was so tasty. They will teach you which one to eat first if you are unsure. The most flavourful should eat last so you can taste everything else level by level. I love the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely go again.

My new favourite local spot! I like how you need to make a reservation for this place, and they are very responsive to messages, so it makes the process very easy. I think it's a couple that runs the restaurant and the wife runs the front of house. There are many different types of nigiri, but definitely an authentic sushi restaurant, unlike other sushi restaurants with many types of rolls or sauces. They stay more true to the Japanese experience and highlight the fish in their preparation.
The sushi is always fresh, and their premium nigiri sets are so tasty. They seemed to have many cuts of premium fish and it was really worth it, especially for the price. Such a great place to have in the tri cities.
Quaint little spot with authentic sushi and great quality fish. Their crispy oysters were super tasty as well!
Sushi restaurant, run by a Japanese family. Food is fresh and delicious. Probably some of the best green tea I've had in a sushi restaurant. Worth it for the price.
Great fish.
We went tonight without reservations since it’s our first time here. We were looking forward to it. We arrived early at 5pm. The lady had this attitude saying they are full and we must have a reservation, which is ok. Then we decided to do take outs. My 3 years old needs to go to a washroom and she gave us an attitude like you didn’t eat here you can’t use the washroom. But my wife took her anyways. The experience was horrible and we won’t be back again
