Update: Sysco responded to my review requesting contact via email, which I provided. Despite this and a follow-up call, I have received no response. Their drivers continue to inconvenience others. I recommend considering alternative providers such as GFS, whose drivers conduct themselves professionally.

Their drivers rank among the most discourteous and presumptuous individuals I have had the misfortune of encountering. They demonstrate a flagrant disregard for whether they obstruct roadways or access points, invoking the statutory provision that permits commercial vehicles certain parking privileges. Yet in doing so, they conspicuously fail to honour the more fundamental principle of common courtesy and human decency.

Pretty quick unloading. No issues here.

Today the driver that made the delivery to the Gathering Place on Seymour Street learn how to drive you don't get to block off the sidewalk while you wait for a light to turn red to finish your turn. Getting mad and giving me the finger because I asked you to back up and not block the sidewalk. Shows that maybe you should not be driving a delivery truck if you can't handle your emotions find a different job you suck as a delivery driver.

The truck number LS-6251 at behind Nook restaurant in Kitsilano on June.12 at 2 pm. This driver was super rude. He was blocking my parking spot. I asked him nicely to move his truck little forward, so I can park. My little daughter was sick and sleeping in the car and I had to go pick my son up at his school after I park my car. He started argue with me then he fingered at me. So I took pictures his truck. Usually the working trucks for Nook are very nice but this guy. I understand that you were just doing your job. But you really should not to park infront of somebody's parking spot. You have loading zones to park.

Edit: Sysco responded to this review, asking me to email them. I did and then never heard back.

Driver frequently arrives at 5am to do a deliveries off main and broadway. They leave the truck idling and disturb everyone in the nearby buildings. I went outside this week to ask if they could turn the truck off while making a delivery. Was aggressively told if I didn't like it I should move, among other rude things I won't repeat.

License plate SH 6836.

Please be more considerate.

The driver responsible for deliveries to the restaurants Black & Blue and Coast arrives several hours before the permitted time outlined in the bylaws, making drop-offs as early as 4:30 AM. He parks his truck in a no parking zone directly beneath the residential units of the neighboring building. While there, he leaves the truck idling loudly, disrupting residents' sleep and releasing harmful carbon dioxide into their units. Additionally, he makes a lot of noise as he handles the deliveries. He also sometimes parks blocking the buildings parkade. Both the restaurant managers and the residential building managers have requested that he refrain from delivering at such an early hour, yet he continues to do so.

Busy place today

Incredibly dangerous driver pulled out from a parking lane without using his mirrors. I calmly approached him later so I could protect the life of the next bicyclist and he was very rude. Told me I wasn't in a travel lane (how does he not know where a travel lane is?) And that i could just use my breaks. I told him he could have killed me and he said it was my fault, because I exist i guess? He was so loud and obstinate that I had to walk away, a stranger approached saying that he'd seen what had happened (we were waiting for a ferry) and his being rude and I have photos and that person's contact info if you'd like. This happened at 3pm ish Dec 5th.

I live on a very small street that has lots of tourists. I have called repeatedly to have them stop using our street as a commercial loading zone and they refuse to take proper action. Sysco is putting peoples lives at risk and disrupting our community we as a group in this neighborhood we hate them.

Your trucks break the law and knock down power lines and communication cables. Stop sending trucks (Sysco, core mark and fresh point) to non truck routes like Plymouth Drive in North Vancouver. I've been reporting to incidents to the fire department repeatedly. This is dangerous and incompetent.
