I left my contact information on the website, hoping for a salesperson to reach out to me. It's been a month, and no salesperson has contacted me. I've followed up three times, but still no response. I don't understand why a sales-oriented company would behave like this. Aren't customers important?

Truck taking up at least 5 parking spots, wheelchair ramp, and 2 handicap spots! Truck parking is 20 feet away, all clear.

Not cool guys.I bet you can do better. This is happening every bloody morning. Why do people have to wake up to this? Food won't go bad if while unloading the engine will be off or come up with battery powered refer while parked there is technology for this.

I had applied for a job at Sysco I’d say about 2 years ago I went for the Interview and was told I done well and that they were putting me on what they call their short list to be called back we’ll let me tell you that was a bold face LIE also anyone that I have talked to from then until now I have recommended that nobody should apply for work at Sysco in Port Coquitlam British Columbia cause they lie and are very dishonest

Horrible customer service. Its interesting you want to partner with them yet they don't want to call you to set things up. Been waiting for days now and all I have been getting everyday is "I'm sorry they will call tomorrow" for the past week now. Might need to go with Gordon food service

Retraction!!!!!::: I had given Sysco a very bad rating and kind of put an incident that happened between by employee another companies driver and Sysco Driver whom blocked my loading dock and swore at my employee. I have spoken to higher ups with the company and was given an apology for all whom was involved and am taking down the rest of their post. Sysco is a very well managed company with great HR support and Amazing at communicating and getting right back to me. I'm sure there will never be a issue like this again and I couldn't be more blown away by how profesional the higher ups and Im sure the whole company is. 1 bad egg doesn't make for a bad community of workers at a company.Thank you very muchTony

Avoid this place. They’ll set an appointment but actually its first come first serve. Bull$hit. Took them 6 hours to unload 10 pallets. Wasted my f time

Was on Bowen Island. Me and many others were waiting in the ferry line up. Out of no where comes this big semi truck and trailer and the driver just pulls in front of about 25 other vehicles (who were already there waiting) trying to make sure he made the next ferry sailing as the Bowen ferry is a much smaller one. He was parked in the no parking area as he couldn't fit in the actual ferry lane. When confronted by other drivers who had asked him politely to move to the back of the line, he refused and said because he came to Bowen weekly, he was entitled to make sure he gets on the next sailing. The passenger who was with him was talking about fighting the other drivers which resulted in the police being called. Once the police were there, they called a bylaw officer to make a decision which was to stop the Sysco truck from getting on the ferry as he was in the wrong. The police made him get out of the truck and detained him while the ferry traffic who was there first could go by and get on the ferry first like they deserved to. If the Sysco truck got on first he would have prevented about 5 vehicles .making it on the ferry. I believe their driver should be retrained in an ethics course so he understands what he did was not only rude but very unprofessional as was their actions while representing a large company. I wrote this review because me and other drivers phoned the complaint phone number to which no one responded nor cared.
