The person behind the counter was so friendly and patient with my two rambunctious boys. She also gave us helpful info about the flavours as we made our decisions on which to pick. We’ll be back!

They offer fundraisers for community groups - always a huge hit with adults and kids. Christopher and his team make the fundraisers incredibly easy by labelling, sorting and delivering. We have used them for multiple years (and more than once a year) as TCBY frozen yogurt and sorbet is always requested by our school!

We have run many successful school fundraisers with Christopher from TCBY, and the students always love the frozen yogurt and sorbets! We rotate flavors each time, ensuring everyone gets to try something new, and we've never received a single complaint.

Christopher goes above and beyond, personally delivering the treats to Surrey; packaged and organized by class which makes things so much easier for the PAC. His pricing is fantastic, making TCBY treat days one of our most profitable fundraisers.

Incredibly small portions, the kids size is the same size as adult 1 scoop. As pictured was mine and my daughters, I don’t know how they justify charging more for the exact same amount. Extra toppings are nearly $1 each. Overpriced, no seating. Server was sweet, but won’t be going back.

Always tastes great and the staff are always so lovely. The atmosphere as you walk in is not ideal. Often you can not bring children in due to people outside doing drugs, basically right outside the front door.
