The food and the service was amazing! I would suggest especially on the weekends, that you do arrive before 10am for breakfast as the lineup starts at about that time. Very well worth the wait though!

The blue berry pancake was great but the waffle for more than 20$ it's a joke for the amount of the serving the egg didn't even look that they made effort to do it plus 2 waffles and 3 cut pieces of small ham I mean I understand shrinkflation but this is beyond ungenerous.😂 been to this restaurant multiple times but the last was a a letdown. Prolly would need to find a new pancake place again. Oh well.

As a first-time visitor to the greater Vancouver area I was looking for a good place to have breakfast before my flight back home to Southern California. The Big Flat Pancake Co. did not disappoint. After chatting with a very helpful and friendly waitress, I settled on the special being offered - “Raisin Hogs.” A description of this house specialty can be found in one of the accompanying photos. It was tasty and filling, and I will definitely return on my next visit to the area. The menu is large and diverse, and I expect there are more tasty dishes to be experienced.

Absolutely amazing! The Big Flat Pancake is everything you want in a local breakfast spot. It’s a small, family-run business that clearly puts so much love into everything they do. Their pancakes are more of a crepe style—thin, beautifully flat, and filled with delicious fillings that make every bite perfect. I also tried their pumpkin coffee, and honestly, it puts Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte to shame. The staff are so warm and welcoming—it feels like you’re part of the family the moment you walk in. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Got half sausages on my plate. I understand everyone’s cutting costs these days. They could offer small size sausages. But why half?

Wonderful family owned breakfast joint. Been 4 or 5 times now and never left disappointed. Service is great, wide variety of things to choose from on the menu at a competitive price.
Would recommend people check it out.
