Did not enjoy the food. Quality was mediocre and very little content for what you pay for. The meat pancake had very little meet. Will not come back again. The only possible was the service.

The price was actually expensive for what you get.

Too bad.

Great food. Long wait sometimes

Went out for lunch with my daughter today at this pancake place. Our server tried to tempt us with two breakfast dishes, but nope—we came for pancakes, and pancakes we shall have.

These pancakes are massive. I’m talking “wider than my daughter’s entire torso” massive. She ordered the “King Kong,” swapped the banana for strawberries and whipped cream, while I went savoury with sausages, mushrooms, and cheese.

My savoury pancake? Pretty good, but… moisture from the mushrooms gave my pancake a spa day - which made the pancake softer than I’d prefer. Still, the flavour was spot-on, and the portion was big enough to feed a small village (or at least me).

Tried a bite of my daughter’s King Kong, and wow—crispy pancake, sweet-tart strawberries, and Nutella. This combo is basically happiness on a plate. Whoever invented it deserves a medal.

Verdict: great place to hang out, yummy food, super friendly service… but let’s be real—two pancakes for over $50 (tax + tip) made my wallet cry a little.

My partner and I enjoyed a great breakfast. She ordered the hipster hash bowl and a small flat. I ordered the Eldorado room 3. I have had this since finding out about this gem of a breakfast spot. It's amazing!

Amazing pancakes and French toast!
Super fluffy, perfectly sweet, and served with fresh fruit and maple syrup. Everything was just right—I’ll definitely be back!

I called ahead to confirm that I could come in at 1:40, and I was told that large groups were being accepted until 1:45. However, when I arrived at 1:40, the manager informed me that they had already taken their last order. This was frustrating, especially since I had confirmed the timing just before coming. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue—the same manager was very rude during a previous visit as well.

I have been to Big Flat Pancake Co. Twice now, and each time has been amazing. The staff even remembered me from my first visit.
The food is some of the best I've had and the service is top notch. The feature menu is so yummy and and appealing. So many option to choose from.
For a smaller restaurant they do a great job of serving a good amount of people in a speedy but unrushed atmosphere.
Even when there is a line out the door, it moves quickly and is definitely worth the wait. You won't be disappointed.

1st time here. From the bigining to the bill, everything was fantastic. The service from absolutely everyone was top notch. The presentation, quantity and quality is amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Fantastic food. The peanut butter eggs Benedict (The Homeboy) is a surprising delight. Yes, we had to que for 30mins on Fathers day but it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend The BFC for a brunch. Great food, atmosphere and service!
