Went through the Drive through and got three drink, and one of them was just over half full, amazing how terrible such a simple thing can go, be sure to always get recipes when you arrive so that you can complete there internal reviews.

Decaf coffee had no flavour and cold. No food left, ordered chili, none left,ordered soup paid and than server returned stating no soup left. Was asked "do you want your money back?" Hmmm. No apology, staff member thought it was funny he ran out of food. Service was poor, no one seemed to care about customer service!

Tim horton on 1320 Kingsway ave; port coquitlam always delivered top efficient on every order I have placed on the store, besides hot coffee the donuts and sandwiches always fresh and tasty. No doubt about it.

Tim Hortons has gone right downhill. It would be really nice if I could just order and not have to repeat myself multiple times. The people here don't care and it doesn't matter what time of day I'm actually considering paying a little more and going to Starbucks

I am a regular customer of this location. Love to go to this location because of the environment, you are welcome with smile and greeting. Dining area is also spacious and cleaned . Love the cleanliness of restaurant and friendliness of staff . Moreover, speed of service is also pretty good. Overall excellent experience.

Was ignored for 5 minutes while waiting in line, all the while 8 staff members working and not one of them acknowledged the line up. Finally when I got my coffee it was not what I ordered. The staff were rude and not friendly, not to mention the ethnicity of them all. I will never come to this location again, and honestly to most of the Tim Hortons. Time to change where I get my coffee.

Ordered 20.00 worth of food
For myself i ordered the 3.00 breakfast sandwich deal on an everything bagel and was told that they couldn't do that even of I paid extra?? I always get this they just charge me for the one on a bagel and then deduct the 1.29

Then I ordered a coffee with almond milk and after paying was told they didn't have almond milk only soy.

No apologies ...not happy

I m a regular client of this tim hortons.
It is quite good, but on Saturday october 5th the coffee was over burned, so the taste was awful.
The worst part is that I realize that until I arrived at work.

Came here this evening with some family. I ordered an XL steeped tea and it was fine. But when I got home and took the lid off to sip the last little bit, there was dirt debris on the part of the lid that secures it to the lip of the cup, and there was a piece of debris on the inside wall of the cup. Not sure if there was more that was ingested, but not happy that my lid was most likely dropped onto the floor, picked up and used.
More training is needed for cleanliness and procedure for things that are dropped on the floor.
