Holy disappointment. Can these people even do one thing right? We ordered a cup of ice water and two bagels with cream cheese. Water comes, no ice, sent it back and got a very prominent eye roll from the incredibly disrespectful cashier. Sorry for asking you to do your job? Bagel came not cut in half and with the wrong cream cheese. Tried to call, no answer, not surprised. What a joke. Get it right.

It has happened multiple times, this Tim's gets orders wrong. We order farmers wrap with sausage, I also added tomatoes to it, when I got the order, It was with bacon and no tomatoes, only to find out that they ran out of tomatoes some time ago and the person taking order was not aware of this. Poor management, lacks right training. Can do better.

The layout is kind of confusing in this Timmy’s and feel like it could be streamlined. Lots of signage but you aren’t going to get customers reading every sign like an airport. Picked up my coffee on one end and had to cross the entire counter to get my sandwich.
