Josh was friendly and helped me make my breakfast decision easy
The layout is kind of confusing in this Timmy’s and feel like it could be streamlined. Lots of signage but you aren’t going to get customers reading every sign like an airport. Picked up my coffee on one end and had to cross the entire counter to get my sandwich.

I had a great experience as a customer with Manuel at the drive thru. He was very friendly, had a warm smiling face, and a pleasant voice that made the interaction easy and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing good service.
