Grabbed a BLT egg and cheese everything bagel, I asked to hold the cheese, which was done. Then asked if there was mayonnaise on it? To which she replied no, that would be 30 cents more. REALLY!!!!!? 30 cents not a big deal but to charge for a condiment!!!!! MacDonalds puts Mayonnaise on there bagels! Not the monies it’s the point!! Never Tims AGAIN!

Worst customer service ever The girl name harpreet was very rude to me. I have never experienced this kind of rude service in my life. She just made my day very worst. We have ordered three iced coffee one with extra cream no sugar one with extra cream extra sugar one with regular sugar. She put no sugar in regular one and put extra sugar in that one which i asked for no sugar and third she made it right but did not stir it well.When i asked for my money back she denied. This is the first Tim Hortons where service is too rude and denied to give money back.She just made my day very bad. Now i am regretting that why i have visited there😒😒😒

Very bad experience I have seen today…there was a girl harpreet she fight with us and not satisfied with our order…she is so rude I highly recommend everyone don’t go to that place guys…she said she is manager there…she is saying I don’t want to return your money first time at tim horton I have a bad experience…. Her name is Harpreet…I recommend to the owner please see the camera and find the situation what happened there…then take appropriate action thanks…don’t go there guys

Worst Tim Hortans ever. I went there today and got two drinks and a wrap. The wrapping was a mess. It wasn't properly rolled and packed. The sauces had been poured everywhere. I requested a large cappuccino, but when I received it, it was extremely light for a large coffee. Then I checked how they were filled. The cup was only half full, with the other half containing only foam. There wasn't even a medium coffee, so why should we pay for a large one? Also, when I asked for sugar, they handed me several sugar packs. They are awful to even touch. The packs were discolored and appeared to be quite old. Very disappointed.

Autum, Is being so rude with her co-worker and with customers. The guy was so nice and kind try to help Indian customers by speaking their native language but she interrupted him and start saying that you can't speak in this language. You have to speak in English. My question is that if your customer doesn't speak English, do you not serve that customer??So, only English speaking customers are allowed to visit in this particular branch??Doesn't matter which country do you live in if your customer doesn't speak your native language.So,It's your duty to serve in that particular language. Even in banks, ICBC, Airport, Fancy restaurants they give multiple languages options. So, don't be rude.. Never coming back to this location because of her...
