My takeout experience from this Chinese restaurant was disappointing. The flavors of the dishes were underwhelming, and some items seemed overcooked or lacking in freshness. While the convenience of takeout is appreciated, the overall quality of the food left much to be desired.

We thought we would try this restaurant as our favourite Chinese restaurant in Coquitlam closed (owner retired). We ordered the Timberman Special Chow Mein and Spicy Pork chop as takeout. After two hours of eating it (that is the only food we ate) my husband & myself developed stomach cramps n diarrhea. We are already on the 24 hours passed consuming the food but our stomach is still unsettled. We informed the resto. She apologized n said she will inform the kitchen. So beware.

Really hit the spot, a classic Chinese food place, good food for a good price and good serving sizes!

Worst Chinese food I have ever had. Tasteless, greasy and the fried rice was gross. Never again.

Very pricey for the amount and quality of the food. Sweet and sour sauce was ice cold, spring rolls and shrimp in same container (food allergies) almond chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow. Wonton soup was a big disappointment. Huge gummy wonton with barely any filling. Do not waste you money here. Small portions for a hefty price!

We ordered the dinner for two the portion were small and chicken chow mein was all noodles, no green or vegetables and we finally found a bit of chicken in the bottom of the take out container ... it was actually shameful ... bad value for the money and will not order again

So disappointed. The sweet and sour pork is awful, wish I have read the reviews before I ordered. The spring rolls are flavourless, so is the rice. The only ok thing was the black bean chicken. $50 waisted. Do not recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever had. The food was decent. I had an order through Uber eats and they cancelled it. Told me they would take the money and throw the food out. In this climate. I hope they never make another dollar. Horrible.

The worst chinese food I have ever had! First time trying it since moving to poco. The portions are very small....dinner for 3 barley fed the 2 of us and we got 2 additions. The food was cold and delivery was quick...the sweet and sour pork is just deep fried dough balls with watery sauce on the side. Save yourself money and don't order from this over priced disgusting place.

I've been a customer of Timbefmans for several years. The restaurant has changed hands several times and as of lately has become one of those "hesitant businesses" that are not aware of their potential. They close way too early, so all their business goes to this other chinese/buffet restaurant two blocks away...Sky something.Timberlands hot and sour soup has gone down from two serving sizes to just one. The new presentation is smaller and lacks interesting/fun ingredients such as BBQ pork. Kung Pao chicken is good but unfortunately it comes with rancid peanuts. No offense but rancid peanuts have been mentioned in previous reviews...

I ordered Kung pao chicken. It was very oily and peanuts which were used were stale it seems the peanuts were not fresh at all.staff was friendly though. Not worth visiting second time.

The worst sweet n sour pork we’ve ever had. Fried dough balls with a separate runny sauce. Will never go back
