Ordered a coco berry matcha to go, and the older gentleman who took the order just forgot about it. He said he would call me when it’s ready and 10 mins later - nothing. I had to ask the lady who was making the drinks if my order was ready and they looked clueless. She then went through the order history and realized I wasn’t served. When I finally did get that drink, it was terrible. The matcha was watery and the berry puree just overpowered everything.
I’m a waves girl to the very end but this one was honestly fantastic! apparently they have live music on fridays which admittedly I didn’t catch but the manager(?) was personable and chatty. Always love waves and this one was a great one!

Went there at 550pm and was already closed even though it says 6pm. Eager staff to get out. Seems lazy. Would rather go Starbucks.

A relaxing, no rush place with excellent coffee. They serve beverages in real china, which adds a nice touch. Great atmosphere to enjoy your coffee at a comfortable pace. Could be busy in the morning
I make sure I come here every time i visit poco. The iced maple macchiato is what keeps me coming back. The lady who works there also is always super sweet and makes you’re a happy customer!

Great atmosphere and support local cafes. Really enjoy the soft and relaxing music here. The owners are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended for a enjoying coffee time.
Great service. I visited this coffee shop this morning for the first time. Great selection and prices. Above all I loved the service. The 2 servers made it very comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely go back.
Super slow service
I like the fact that it is owned by husband and wife, i support these kind of local shop! I go there often. The only caveat is they are not that friendly with customers services.
It's okay. It takes a long time when I go in there to get my drink. But it's a nice place to meet up with people.
