I’m going to give this coffee shop a 1 because of the parking situation, there is a three hours parking limit and there is no obvious signs that stated that, I got a parking ticket while I was inside the coffee shop. Wont be going back there again. The parking officer was timing me, how ridiculous.

This waves has a lots of seating available and provides a great atmosphere for studying or chatting with friends. It was clean and well kept as well as having great service. The food is good and so are the drinks.

I work in the area and go in on my coffee break- I went in for a coffee and was told I would have to wait 5 min for them to brew a pot. I asked for a different blend that was available right away and there was no drip coffee prepared...I can't support a coffee house that does not have coffee readily available. I left with nothing.

A very nice lady named Natalie helped me with some kindness when I didn’t quite have enough change in my pocket.

Normally dont have an issue here but today was worth leaving a review.. place my order and the guy takes the order and i go by the pickup area to wait for my order that should and is normally less than 5 minutes to make. Instead of starting my order (mind you there was noone else in line), guy on shift decides to spark a 15-20 minute conversation with someone that already had their drink.. i sat there for 25 minutes for a simple apple cider. If someone on shift is going to do that, maybe have 2 people on shift.
