Can never get the order correct. How does baconator sound like a cheeseburger?
The language barrier is shocking, especially if you are communicating through a headset system.
Then you screw up the order and I shouldn't have to sit there and look in the back and unwrap burgers to see if it's correct Just do your job correctly the first time.

Stand in line for 5min. No one else around. And every staff member walks past thr time. And purposely looks the other way. Doesn't even greet me or acknowledge me. Wasn't until I speak up 5min later that they turn their heads with a shocked look.
Teach some basic customer service.

They charged me over double what I should have paid and the manger was very dismissive and did nothing to correct the mistakes.
I ordered a burger, side ceasar, small drink and raven blood frosty. I planned to use my points for the burger I wanted so I loaded it to my rewards to use in restaurant. I also loaded an offer for $1.99 raven frosty. When I went to the window to pay I told the lady at the drive through window that I had the reward loaded to get the burger for free with my points. She scanned my card and I asked to make sure it removed the price of the burger. She seemed unsure and I asked again. She told me yes, I was getting the free burger. I double checked and asked that I was getting the free burger with my points and a discount on the frosty. She told me yes. I said ok and she held the debit machine out for me without saying the total price. I believed she had correctly put in my order and the discounts were applied and I paid. I asked for my receipt and when I saw it I found out I just paid $19.68 with tax. I knew that didn't seem right so I told her. She had the manger come over and the manager was extremely dismissive saying that I can't have both an offers loaded on the card. I corrected her and told her one was a reward (the burger) and the other was an offer (the frosty) so yes, both could be applied if my order was put in the computer correctly (have the burger separately listed and not as a combo). She was very dismissive and kept telling me I was wrong and would pay more to have the items in the combo seperate. I asked her how a side ceasar ($2.29), a small coke ($2.89) and a small raven blood frosty (discounted to $1.99 with the offer) could be more expensive then paying for what I did. She only continued to tell me I was wrong and couldn't use the reward with the offer and then there were other cars behind me waiting so she told me to leave and I did (so the other customers didn't have to wait for the restaurants mistake and rude response). After the fact I then realized not only had the reward not been applied for the free burger but on top of that I was charged for 2 raven blood frosty's when I only ordered and recieved 1 and only got a discount for 1. The frosty was alright but definitely not worth the price of 2.
It seems there is a very huge lack of training and awareness at all Wendy's I have been to around the rewards app and using points but this is definitely the worse experience and lack of knowledge I have seen so far and the manager showing no interest in trying to correct the mistakes made.

Screw up my order every time in the drive through, wait an average of 10-30 minutes every time. Never even offer a free drink for their screw up. Just say ok

Hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably terrible—after waiting forever, we didn’t even get our food. What’s the point of a “fast food” restaurant if you can’t even serve customers?
We finally got so fed up that we left and drove 15 minutes to Ikea just to eat instead. Imagine having to drive that far because Wendy’s couldn’t do the bare minimum. Completely unacceptable.
This place is a total joke. Don’t waste your time or money here—you’ll probably just end up leaving hungry like we did.

Absolutely atrocious, I had a great experience at another Wendy’s and did the review on the back of there receipt, I tried to redeem it here because it was closer the manager says you gave them a review so ask them to fulfill the reward. Disgusting behaviour
Don’t Buy A burger I bought this burger to take away and when I got home I thought it was absolutely disgusting a large Hair in your food 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
