Hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably terrible—after waiting forever, we didn’t even get our food. What’s the point of a “fast food” restaurant if you can’t even serve customers?
We finally got so fed up that we left and drove 15 minutes to Ikea just to eat instead. Imagine having to drive that far because Wendy’s couldn’t do the bare minimum. Completely unacceptable.
This place is a total joke. Don’t waste your time or money here—you’ll probably just end up leaving hungry like we did.

Absolutely atrocious, I had a great experience at another Wendy’s and did the review on the back of there receipt, I tried to redeem it here because it was closer the manager says you gave them a review so ask them to fulfill the reward. Disgusting behaviour

Makes you park and wait for food almost every time even when just ordering one meal, unbelievably slow place, avoid this and go to the one in maple ridge or poco if you can

Usually decent food and all but tonight I just finished a soccer game and was so excited to get a Coke Zero and it had 0 flavour so I went back and got a Diet Coke and again it didn’t have flavour. My friend tried it too and she agreed it had no flavour. Didn’t bother going back through because the lady was giving us dirty looks. Usually wouldn’t care but I was rlllllyy looking forward to that coke.

Whoever invented the Krabby Patty Kollab was a genius. The Krabby Patty burger is delicious and juicy and the special sauce is peppery and very nice! The pineapple under the sea frosty tastes like mango pudding in the form of a vanilla frosty that is not too sweet. It was delicious but oddly had no pineapple flavour at all.
The Dave’s triple was meaty and amazing. In my opinion, Wendy’s is like the In and Out of Canada with such fresh burger patties with lettuce, tomato, onions, and cheese. You can customize their burgers however you like . The cheeseburger with added lettuce, tomato, and onions was great too. Great kid’s meals too!

Only ever went through the drive thru until today. Was not busy inside and everything was filthy! Couldn’t find one table that wasn’t dirty. Kitchen from what we saw was dirty, the drink dispenser didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a long time. Our burgers were good but the poutines were cold. Probably will never come back, and now knowing how filthy everything is inside I won’t be coming through the drive thru ever again.

Today, I came to this restaurant with my friend. At the first moment, the cashier asked us to scan the barcode on the back of our receipts and leave a positive comment for the restaurant, and she will give each of us a hamburger. We left for the restaurant and after we ate, when we asked her about Burger, she said that I did not receive an email that you left a comment for me, while we had a verified code. In the end, she only gave us one burgers and went to the back of the restaurant without paying attention to us. It is a scam to lie to customers to get a positive comment.

We went there today with my friend, There was a woman she told us if you scan the code behind the recipe and give them a good review, and before we gave her the review she said she will give us two burgers free. After we did the whole process she said i can not give you the burgers because i didnt get any email. So that was all scam or i can say she scammed us so easy. ??????
