The food was good. The waitress was friendly and fast. The men's washroom had sticky urine on the floor. We were there about an hour after they opened, so it was likely leftover from the night before. We didn't see the kitchen but the rest of the place seemed clean.

I'd go back. Canada needs to work on 1 thing. It took us 2 weeks to learn exactly why we couldn't go to nearly any eatery with our baby. Especially as we were driving across some sparsely populated areas, it was really hard to have a family meal just because the only place in town also served alcohol. Pretty ridiculous, canada

During our fishing trips to Alder Bay we make sure to have at least one dinner at Gus's Pub because the food is really good. Great service and excellent craft beer too. This photo is/was of the very first time we visited and you can probably figure out why I took it. I have yet to be disappointed!!

Very typical pub food . I had a burger and fries . The fries were nice and crispy and the burger was good. It was a bit difficult to get the servers attention so I could pay my bill. This always frustrates me . And I never received the water I asked for. I have to say just average food and service.

They would not allow us in to eat. We were travelling with our baby and was trying to go for lunch and would not allow my baby in. Maybe they should change there rules and let people eat during the day

A typical sports bar with lots of TVs. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the wrong place. It's quite loud, but it's appropriate for this place. It was well attended by the locals. This speaks for itself. We were served quickly and the food tasted great.
