These employees were truly Exemplary. I tried tipping them but they didn't have a clear answer to if there store is allowed. So instead I'm writing a positive review. This is my favourite of all the chain burger places. The buddy burger is great value as well as flavour and two of them are a meal. Teen burger and spicy mama are also excellent and they do a great beyond burger. Onion rings are superior to fries, though fries are obviously available. The seasoning on a&w fries make them superior to most of fast food fries as well if you do prefer fries.Root beer being the best pop flavour also makes them stand out.My only knock is their breakfast which sucks. Hamburger buns for the sandwiches, thumbs down. The sit down is decent in terms of price if you get it but not as good as a diner.

I asked for a burger without cheeze due to allergies. The burger I received was obviously pre made with cheeze and they just remove the cheeze.Theres was a significant amount of melted cheeze on there. Ended up tossing it out.

Fast food here is different from what you get in the states and I wish the menu would be carried over to the the US as it is much more interesting than they typical A&W in the US. The food was nothing great in spite of the good looking menu. I had a mozzarella burger and fries but I don't think this is a place that I would go back to

Powell River A&W just started making milkshakes again The one I had today was the worst shake I have ever had. It was very thin and the flavour of chocolate just wasn’t there.

Delicious food, the sauce on the burgers are amazing, and the poutine had effort put in, instead of just throwing it together and having pieces of cold cheese and fries without gravy. They are super quick, I ordered and went to wash my hands, and as soon as I sat down it was ready. You should try their frozen root beer which even has less calories than the normal!Vegetarian options: Option to change anything into beyond meat.Kid-friendliness: They give out rootbeer flavored lollipops
