Exceed our expectations for dinner. The warm pretzel was what I have always hoped for when ordering a fresh pretzel. The Salish Sea Ceasar topped with pickled sea asparagus was tasty and fun. The hand cut truffle fries were also exceptional. Our server Taylor was attentive, friendly and gave us great recommendations

We chose to have lunch at Coastal Cookery on Saturday based on reviews. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed in the quality and portion size of the fish burger and Smash burgers. We don’t plan to return given the variety of choices available near the Ferry terminal.

We went there for dinner, and everytime we ordered, for example, we ordered sparkling water with lime, and the she brings them with lemon. Then l order a burger with no tomato and she forgot to tell the cook no tomato. Not going there soon.

Enjoyed the salmon Wellington but the house greens salad was awesome. Then I finished it off with the camp apple crumble with melted homemade marshmallows, gelato and salted Carmel sauce. OMG!!! Pastry chef you are amazing!!! ?. Really loved meal and JF your suggestions were terrific and so was your service!!! Thank you!!

Fabulous food. Great service. Reasonable prices. Lovely outdoor view over the sea. Delightful waitress for whom nothing was too much trouble. Really recommend this place to eat. It was only slightly spoiled by an ignorant and ill mannered American who was rude to the waitress when she kindly offered to refill his coffee cup. However don't let that put you off. It really is a fantastic place to eat
