Nothing special I eat here once in a while not because I crave it but because we don’t have very much options in Powell. The only thing I truly enjoy is the pretzel that they buy from somewhere else I don’t really recommend their Smashburger doesn’t have really good quality ingredients, the bacon on it is cheap and thin. They don’t even put salt on the fries!! I do not feel like the burger is worth $22. The mac & cheese has barely any cheese and is very oily and overpriced. I don’t feel satisfied after my meal I should of just got my over priced pretzel and moved on with my day.

We had lunch today during our overnight visit to Powell River. It was truly delicious. I had the veggie burger which I highly recommend. The salad and fries were great as accompaniments. We shared the homemade hummus and everyone else had wings which they raved about, we always stop in when we come here. Never disappointed! Thank you.

A nice place for a drink. It was pretty inside, with good views and service but the food was honestly so disappointing. The burger was barely edible and fries were inedible. Would not recommend this place.

Beautiful atmosphere and it seems popular with the locals. The food on the whole is average. My fish burger was decent but my friends had gnocci and it wasn't particularly good. Don't get me wrong - this doesn't mean it's not a good restaurant. Just slightly above average. I'm happy that the restaurant is doing well because Powell River deserves more restaurants!

My daughter hockey team was in Powell River from Burnaby. Called Coastal Cookery asking if they could accommodate 35 people at 630pm. I was expecting to be denied and told them it's a team dinner because we won the Queens Cup Tournament. Literally was just on hold for less than 1 minute and they confirmed the reservation. I recommend this place to any team or family visiting Powell River. Food, drinks and service was excellent. Everyone in our reservation got their food and drinks as ordered and we didn't have to wait to long. Price and location and view worth it.
