Best Dairy Queen I've ever been to. I work and live in the lower mainland, and out of the dozens of DQs I've been to, this Powell River DQ is by far the BEST. Great manager and great service. When ever I come here to visit family, I'll.be making a stop here.

Terrible service !! Staff was inconsiderate and food took forever and was not even hot !! Only good thing is the ice cream but it’s so overpriced !! Next time will be taking my children to McDonald’s !😬

1/5 we got 2 can dine chicken strip baskets and the chicken was tiny and there was barely any fries … I’ve been there before and there’s usually alot more …. The manager who took our order was rude and I would not recommend very overpriced and they give crap portions 💩
The server was quite inexperienced but the supervisor was super nice about it.

I absolutely love DQ here but when it comes to putting a hair in my mouth mid blizzard is disgusting.
Hair nets should be mandatory in your store, putting your employees hair in my mouth is what's gonna lose me as a customer. Hair nets are called being responsible staff!!
Every time I eat a dairy queen burger I feel sick.
