I’ve had several steaks here, always perfect!! The food here is consistently amazing.
Probably the nicest place to eat in Powell River and that’s before you consider the view. Great food great staff you can’t go wrong dinning here.

Amazing food and staff

First of all, Powell River has so many fantastic dining experiences. But this one we deemed our favorite. We are a construction crew from the Okanagan and we've been in town 4 months. Tomorrow is our last day so tonight was our last meal and it was unanimously picked for the braised beef dinner. Soooo good! And we let the fantastic waitress convince us to take home a couple of chocolate moose desserts. Best I've ever had. Highly highly recommend.
See you when we return in the spring!

THIS is the place to watch the sunset and share plates! The menu is incredible and they always have delicious featured dishes.
Also the owner CARES, knows your name and will remember how you like your cocktail!
Sunday bunch is also a must when you have weekend guest visiting

Had the Ragu the first time I came and it was delicious. I decided on the steak this time, chef sent out a complimentary bread appt which was very thoughtful. They don’t even know it was my birthday yesterday,

I also stay downstairs in the suites and it’s such a lovely place. Love the atmosphere and especially the restaurant

Fantastic food at really reasonable prices. Wine list is excellent. Lovely view from window seats and patio. But the food is definitely the 10/5 star. I’d make the ferry trip again.

After a ferry ride to Powell River we found this gem. The atmosphere and view of the water were amazing. Our server was fantastic and eager to answer any questions. After 5 days of riding these were the best wings yet. The seafood pasta also got the thumbs up! Definitely worth a stop if you are anywhere near!

Each time my husband and I come through Westview Marina we make a point of eating at Forest. The food and cocktails are always great and they have a varied and interesting menu. Service has been consistently friendly and efficient. This venue also boast beautiful views. If you're in Powell River give it a try!

Excellent meal again. We come here everytime we are in town and are not disappointed. Beef carpaccio was excellent as was the lemon tart. Good negroni as well. Highly recommended!

Was up from Vancouver visiting my mom and went for dinner and had a great night. The server sorry missed her name was excellent and food was very good beyond what I was expecting. As a hospitality person from Vancouver very impressed. Keep up the great work
