Went for breakfast/brunch. The food was fantastic, and what a view! Service was great. No membership needed at the golf course. Highly recommend!

Went for breakfast/brunch. Nicely cooked eggs, large portions, and perfect hash browns. The chicken quesadilla was stuffed with goodness and the spinach and beet salad was fresh and so tasty. The burger was the best I have had in a long time. Service was great, food was hot, and what a view. Best part no membership needed at the golf course to eat here and catch the view of Myrtle Rock.

We wanted to try a new place..for us. We are here from Burnaby visiting family who live in Powell River. It had been quite warm lately and we had our 89 yr old mom with us so we wanted to find somewhere close, shady, easy to walk into and open around 2pm. I called and made a reservation for us to celebrate mom's birthday. They were SO accommodating. .we had our own table in the back that was fully covered and looked onto the ocean. Our server was Jamie. What a delight. She was warm and welcoming and funny and I had to hug her at the end for making us feel so special !!. She let us enjoy our drinks, an appetizer and even suggested some menu choices. Our lunch was 1 Rueben and 3 beef dips. Probably the best we've all had in a long time ! She told us she may get busy behind the bar as there was a function on the other side of the restaurant, but just let her know what we needed ! How wonderful to find a new favorite place to eat in a town my husband grew up in many years ago! We will be back and you should go soon too!...ps the desert they gave us was a cake with apples, raisins and caramel inside. Thank God we didn't start with that or we'd never had ordered anything else but More Cake! Thanks. Ardele Warren.
