I come visit my family in PR often, and this is a place my family would take me to.
The food is really good, I have enjoyed the pizza and the sandwiches a few times. I really did enjoy the coffee, especially the caramel macchiato.
My aunt recently went in and asked about a staff we hadn't seen in awhile, and she was told the girl was negative and had to leave.
Said staff member lost her child, I would be negative too. I'm shocked that this is how the staff viewed a loss like this.
I don't support places that gossip, and I don't support people being cruel.
I won't be back again unless they can show they have changed.

Delicious food, homemade soups & chowder. Their seafood chowder is phenomenal, fresh delicious bread on the side is available. Also had the tomato bisque, so good. Hawaiian pizza, delicious 😋. Mexican cola was very tasty. A large variety of desserts and sweets, also savory ones. Every time we go we try something we haven't had yet, but it's hard not to go back for more of the ones we tried because they are just so delicious 😋

Delicious C-buns!

This was the only place to go from the ferry lineup to try and get a snack. While the owner was quite friendly, I was shocked by the prices. I bought two bakery items (which were fine but not outstanding) and paid $14. The pizzas also seemed really overpriced, though we did not try them. It's a shame, because in this location, it would be great to have a reasonable option for drinks and snacks.

Great small town old time vib and decor. This is a very popular place. Real food well made. Great bakery.

We were travelling through Powell River on the Labour Day Holiday. Absolutely everything was closed but the owner of this establishment took pity on us and opened his restaurant just to look after a few customers. This kind of hospitality almost doesn’t exist anymore but it sure does here. Outstanding service and hospitality. Great food and we will now make sure to stop in whenever coming through Powell River. So yourself a favour and stop in!!!

Stopped here while waiting for our ferry. Got two iced vanilla lattes and two oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. The lattes were wonderful. One of the best I’ve had in awhile. The chocolate chip cookies were also great and were massive enough that my husband and two kids and I all shared. The service was super friendly and helpful. There is a small path from the ferry line up to a set of stairs to get to the front of the restaurant.
