Great coffee!

Paper plates and paper cups only in house with no recycling to be had, not acceptable. Was told the dishwasher broke down months ago, please get it fixed.

Stop here on the way to the ferry and picked up these delicious caramel apple scones for a ferry breakfast snack. Yummy! So glad we got two. So big we we split and we got to snack on them twice! Also they have coffee!!

We ordered breakfast bagels and they were so oversalted they were inedible ? literally tasted like it had been soaked in salt- so gross and such a waste of money. The coffee was good and so were the scones though, so hopefully the breakfast bagel recipe changes!

Sadly they are not serious about the coffee here. Both times the cappuccino has been aweful. Weak watery and way too much milk. Milk not even foamed just warmed. They might need some tips from some other proper coffee places in town

Heading for an early ferry, we stopped for coffee and scones. The coffee was lovely, however my rave this morning is all about those scones. I asked for butter because sometimes, coffee shop scones can be dry. Not these ones!! Light, moist, fluffy with a nice crispness on the baked bottom. Outstanding!

There was only one person working and they showed no sense of urgency. I was first in line and waited 5 minutes to have them take my order, then they took 3 other orders before starting to prepare my drink, which they had forgotten (they had to ask again what inwas waitingnfor). All told it took 15 minutes to get a large capaccino. I was not alone. I saw one car speed through the drive through...I guess it was taking too long? Another customer behind.me waited at least as long for their coffee. Don't go.unless you've got 30 minutes to spare to get your caffeine fix.

Coffee is good.
I used to go there regularly in the mornings. loved all their baked goods. Unfortunately, I had 3 times with a "cherry" or other fruit, cheese danish not being cooked fully.
The scones are my new favourite, lol. I'm hoping to try a Danish again someday.

Serious coffee used to be my go to coffee stop on the islands and I thought I would skip on the ones in PR and go to the roadside one specifically but boy was absolutely disappointed. Dunno if and when the roasting process changed but my roast definitely tasted burnt and over acidic. And perhaps at the very least consider the use of chocolate syrup for a mocha because chocolate milk certainly doesn’t cut it. At least it’s attached to a nice store. Also the barista doesn’t listen very well. Considering I asked for it iced but I received a hot beverage, I hope she learns to improve.

Always a very pleasant place to relax and have a great cup of coffee, and a snack, like a Cherry-yogurt Danish. Delish.
