I ordered a matcha latte and they didn't stir it properly or use the right size cup. It was very bitter and clumpy and they were not nice. They made the drink right for everyone else but me. I have had matcha from there before and it was good so the workers there that day need to pay attention and MIX DRINKS PROPERLY.

we asked for light ice and this is what we get…. she was a new i think had red /orange ginger hair and pigtails $7.50 for ice
Was going to meet a friend for coffee, but the atmosphere was not friendly and we decided to take our coffee and drink it elsewhere. Since it was so cold out we cut our visit short. Great staff, great coffee, uncomfortable environment.

I’m always ordering Venti Iced Shaken espresso lactose free milk . But look at this!!!! Not enough milk!!!!! Not even full!!! This is the first time they didn’t make my order right! I don’t have the time to come back because i have work!! Next time please make it right?
