I always enjoy my visits to Starbucks! The atmosphere is welcoming. Their coffee and drinks are consistently high quality. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the staff at Starbucks. Every visit is made better by their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. They are always welcoming, patient, and efficient, even during the busiest hours.
Always friendly, app works great for pre ordering, they've even gone beyond and took my order at the door when inside was closed due to staff shortages, they've also brought my order to the door before because I was walking with my dog. Wish the prices were lower but hey such is life.
Shoutout to Janet, we came to Powell River for a visit and she was incredibly friendly and gave us some amazing recommendations for our time here while we were getting coffee. Starbucks usually has great customer service but she truly went above and beyond and it was super appreciated. We hope to visit again soon :)
