Picked up some BBQ pork fried rice and it was very tasty. I also really appreciated how quickly they whipped it up, even though they had just opened, knowing I had a ferry to catch!

The waitress/ server poured hot scalding sauce in my purse, on the table and on my 80 year old mothers lap, from her plate and didn't bring her anything to wipe it off. The food was good but the service was not good. The response from the owner didn't make sense because they over packed the restaurant and put 3 ppl at a table for 2 leaving me in the way of the waitresses that bumped me everytime they went by me.

Great food. It was very busy with both seated customers and takeout customers when we were there but service was not too slow. I would definitely go back to try some of the other dishes or maybe a higher spice level!

Delicious. So much so that there was no table talk - just a bunch of hands grabbing food off dishes, mouths chewing and satisfying sounds coming from everyone eating. The decor is simple but quaint. Service is good and the food is to die for. The portions are NOT small. You will take stuff home for round 2 and maybe 3 of more deliciousness.

So happy to have discovered this place! The Phad Thai was absolutely delicious and the portion was generous. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in Powell River — whether I’m heading to the ferry or camping at Willingdon Beach. Highly recommend!

As someone who’s taste buds identify as Thai, this thai food is fantastic. Some of the best Thai I’ve had in Canada. Super easy to order food while waiting for the ferry. Top notch
